Please help this australian man broke in and is forcing me to sort my netflix suggestions by lowest rating first

Bambi died from the pistol because the explosion drained his HP.

The CGI for this movie is absolutely AMAZING for how low the budget is. Bambi's design is so good, too - subtle but still monstrous. I was surprised how much I liked this movie tbh!

Ya know what, out of spite, we need someone out there to take a public domain horror movie character, and use them in the wholesome feel-good genre, it would be far more unique at this point

Moose Jaws is surprisingly plausible, moose can dive up to 20 feet and easily swim for more than ten miles at a time. There's even one recorded instance of a moose being far out enough to be attacked by an orca lol

Funfact: deer can eat meat. And they do. They stomp birds on the ground and eat them (mainly the bones for calcium but everything gets chomped up).

Honestly, Bambi becoming angry at the death of his other is very justified.

Grandma Mary aura farming with that casual headshot

Honestly, they didn't need to make Bambi a killer to make a Horror movie work.

The original source material was already like a Horror movie in the animals' perspective and it has a high body count than just Bambi's mother & a random paranoid pheasant.
And at point during the story, Bambi finds out that there was a hunter shot in cold blood by another, that's when Bambi discovers that even man is not the most powerful animal after all, he doesn't go off killing the hunters and poachers including the one who shot his mother, but he's a lot more cautious around them.

the film reads like the director had a script for a horror comedy and just shot it and had the edit be serious.

Imagine not realizing that Bambi is ALREADY a horror movie and that Bambi is the final boy

The explosion weakened his hide, allowing the bullets to harm him, clearly

damn, these ppl r actully getting better and better at making movies- i think this is the first time where ive actully considered watching them- i low key hope they keep making this progression. it feels like they still r trying to find there like.. horror niche? and it seems like they r getting pretty close to like.. comedic horror? which i honestly cant complain abt, also... W grandma`?

I think the ending is supposed to show the cycle of violence because in the same way Bambi saw his mother be shot and killed his son saw the same and would be able to harbor that resentment towards humans that Bambi had

I think 16:30 is meant to be a reference to The Wind in the Willows, aka Mr Toad. I see a mole, a badger, and it looks like the unknown thing could be a mutated toad. If I'm right, that's honestly a cute shout out to another story turned Disney cartoon

0:48 THE RITUAL MENTION

Well now I can say "Don't whip your dick out when there's a crazy deer on the loose" is a sentence I've spoken aloud.

This is the first of the public domain horror movies that I'm actually somewhat interested in.  Edibles will be involved I'm sure, but they couldn't make me watch any of the other movies.

The horror scenes remind me a lot of "Death of a Unicorn" which was, in my opinion, a really good comedy horror, I know you usually do lower rated movies, but the goofy concept might be close to your alley, I'd certainly watch you review it!

Great video as always!

7:30 My mother’s coworker got hit by a deer. She was in her car, I think stopped, and a buck rammed the passenger door. She had to argue with insurance that it wasn’t her fault, evidenced by the damage being on the side of the car. If that buck was Bambi’s size, he would have flipped cars
