“I don’t want to hold you any longer” as if I don’t want these videos to be over an hour ahaha

I am sitting, I am snacking, I am ready. Thank you Shaykenbake for this lovely meal

The way she is treated by the school and her mom is sadly too realistic

I thought I was the only person who knew about this movie, I'm gagging 😭 what a reel pull and indie darling IT IS!!

baked and watching shayke ah shit here we go again

Their wailing and screams at the end ARE ABSOLUTELY DEVISTATING, GUT WRENCHING and stay with me.  Same with the moms  scene in the mirror at the end of Presence 2025 and Toni Collette in Hereditary 2018. 😰😱😖😔💯❤️

Saint Maud is another religious trauma joint that I recommend.

i think you’re my favorite youtuber now. i love your breakdowns, your opinions, your editing and style. i’m always looking forward to the next video after each upload

Blood? Imma treat this one like an audio podcast, and not risk it.

just want to thank you for consistently putting out such quality content, you’re definitely one of my fav horror creators 🤩

Also 30:36 her character was deplorable but my girl Traci Lords acted her heart out in this movie 😭😭😭

The fact that Phyllis, the sanctimonious mom, is played by Traci Lords is a riot.

12:50 The Bette Porter rant is so real

I remember watching this on HBO as a little kid and I felt shell shocked and really sad so I’m happy that you’re covering it because I feel like it is a movie that not a lot of people think about or remember, but it is truly sad that Paul has seen as a villain when she just needed help the whole entire time. It was truly all preventable and I think that that’s what the movie is trying to express.

30:22 YES girl PREACH! Nurture plays way more of a role in child development than nature ever could, AKA implying that people with major issues were born that way is some eugenicist BS and it is almost always the parents fault for not being better parents. Fully agree that some people just should not have kids. Unfortunately most people just pop kids out as part of going through the motions of life. Often the people who choose to be childless are the more emotionally intelligent and mature people and would make better parents than most ☠️ that’s certainly true for the people I know!

I thought she was going to commit suicide so that her sister could get her organs or something. That was way worse.

I’ve never been this early! I’ve literally binged all of your vids since subscribing a week ago. Love your content!😊

I love this movie, it is so devastating. The constant cries for help from Colleen that went unheard. The repeated bids for connection from both her and her mother that never worked because her mom had her own baggage. The ending was so preventable. The first time I watched this movie I cried watching them hug each other and cry

Girl this commentary was so funny and just very good in general. Thank you 😂❤

John Waters as a priest is the type of oxymoron I live for.
