See the reason I hate Charizard is because he got SO MUCH STUFF and a lot of my favorites got NOTHING

It's not because he's popular, it's because he stole a lot from everyone else

11:25 hes purposely not saying that gumshoos looks like trump

I seen 3 vtubers including you react to this video and each had different reactions when they saw the milk scene with them being yeah yes from you and he did this for free and silence with no words to say to save them find it hot. What all the reactions to that scene made we laugh so much it was hilarious.

16:54 Never Forget Duccaneer. What could've been 😢

Munkidori being on there is very valid.

Not gonna lie Shinki, the game I started playing Pokémon is Silver and Whitney and her Miltank gave me a really hard time and in one time, I did hate that duo, but honestly, I absolutely love Whitney and her Miltank. She and Claire are my favorite gym leaders in Gen 2. I did lose to both of them 3 times each, but challenging gym battles helped me improve on my battling style and I truly appreciate the lessons I got from them. Whitney taught me to think strategically in battles from here on out and Claire and her gym was the final test of what I learned from Whitney. I love these two leaders so much, favorite gen 2 leaders right here!

Clearly, Shinki is the Ponbon's final stage

14:53 POV: You mishear what Krillin said during DBZA's version of Return of Cooler when he fights the robot drones.

Charizard being Leons ace was one of the big reasons to continue hating Charizard for me. You got all these new mons that are super cool and they pick him instead.
I feel this way about Diantha using Gardevoir as well.
New region, new mons, new mon as an Ace. Simple and good

16:08 Funny enough, it's specifically a part of the western fanbase that dislikes these kinds of starters. Meowscarada was the 3rd most popular Pokémon in Japan in 2022, a little behind 2nd place Clodsire, and quite a significant gap between Clodsire and the first place Tinkaton.

I saw Jynx, Mr. Mime, & Hypno (Pokemon I hate the most) on this list
So I'm happy 😁

21:40 "1 watermelon fresh from the manure fields, your sporkiness."

Why does the fox person hate the Popplio line 🤔

I love Charizard. I’m glad he gets all the attention and cool stuff, because it makes me more interested in the games he’s in. I understand how many people will hate that, but I don’t care. I like what I like.

22:36 I adore Quilladin and it makes me so sad that others don't like him. I think he's one of the cutest middle form starters and I don't understand the hate towards him. He's just a little guy, running like he's wearing a winter jacket that's a little too poofy. Also the way it's name sounds like "paladin"!

I wish you went into more details as to why you dislike some of these Pokemon. Because I agree with Mikey, Illumise and Volbeat don't warrant hate, it's should just be forgotten. Also what's wrong with Primarina? and Sun and Moon? Also, imo you are too hateful in this video.

11:35 He doesn't want to bring IRL politics into it.

I first saw Gumshoes in a meme about an america  president and wigs.

Not something Mikey wants people to rave and rant about in his comment section.

Monkey hate is due to the tcg if I'm not wrong

I don't think Charizard's hate is solely because other people like it. Not inherently. I don't think I hate Charizard, but I do think my personal opinion of it suffers from what I like to call the "Let it Go" Effect. Anyone who remembers the way the song Let it Go took over seemingly every corner of the internet for a couple months following the release of Frozen probably gets what I mean by that. I used to like the song Let it Go (and I"m sure many other people who aren't partial to it anymore also did), but after having it shoved in your face everywhere ya look, without stop, for an extended period of time, the charm was kinda eroded with tedium and over-exposure. Charizard is in a very similar boat for me, and it's made worse by two factors; 1. unlike Let it Go, which consumed the earth for a brief spell than receded, Charizard has consistently been getting special treatment (it's truly ludicrous that the Galar Champion's ace pokémon wasn't a Galar pokémon), so there's not really the reprieve that Let it Go had once Frozen had been out for long enough, and 2. Ya can't even argue that the special treatment it gets is a "paying respects to the first region" thing (which honestly I don't like as a defense anyways; I don't believe in paying respects to your ancestors solely because they're the reason you exist, and I don't believe in the video game equivalent either, and I have similar "Let it Go" Effect feelings about Kanto as I have about charizard, but debatably worse despite Kanto as a whole being less in-your-face than charizard, cause I do actually kinda dislike Kanto cause I find it to be the most boring region, and I'm really sick of revisiting it), cause the treatment charizard gets is disproportional to the treatment the other Kanto starters get (2 megas vs 1, main-story release for a Gigantimax form vs delayed Gigantimax forms that were restricted to the DLC, being the ace for a champion that really shouldn't have had a pokémon from a different region as their ace in the first place). It's less that I hate charizard and more that I hate how I am utterly incapable of escaping it, and am exhausted by it at this point. And the only way I would maybe recover from that exhaustion is if we could go multiple generations without even a whisper of charizard's existence. But I know that break from charizard's never gonna happen because money.

15:37 It's name sound way too much like cloaca for my liking.
