Why is the Banshee a Corvette in GTA VC and VCS? Simple, the Viper did not exist in the 80s as its first generation was in 1992.

@danielsouza4712 2 months ago

I'm guessing Rockstar based the Banshee in Vice City on a Corvette because Vipers weren't around in the '80's.

The Dodge Viper didn't come out until '92. That's why in Vice City/Stories it is based off the Corvette.

Technically the Sentinel XS is also in GTA 4 but not as a separate named model, just a variant with STD body customization and Sentinel XS badging

6:06 The previon was also a cut car for GTA IV, only audio files in the police radio reffering to the car name can be found in the game files.

The amount of research needed to make these videos is insane

25:17, Fun fact about the CTW Perennial; In the PSP/Phone version, it resembles the HD universe design, but in the Nintendo DS version, it resembles the 3D Universe design.

30:15 in GTA 3 there used to be a variant called the Diablo Stallion

I've noticed a fundamental difference in GTA V compared to the older games most of them were a mishmash of other cars meanwhile in GTA V most vehicles are a direct copy not being really a mishmash of both

I love finding cars from the old games in GTA5/GTAO, great video!

Yes, I did just notice that Kyle put the cover photo for GTA Chinatown Wars when the GTA 4 Infernus was on screen at the 0:10 mark, apologies for the mistake, this video was an editing nightmare but I will talk to Kyle again regardless...

And yes there are other issues, this is probably the most editing intense video we’ve made on the channel so it was bound to happen, please lmk what other errors you find, but don’t be a dick about it.

So excited to see how all these classics sound and feel in GTA VI.

I hope so badly to see Oceanic in GTA VI. It was the car i drove the most in Vice City aside from Deluxo.

1:18 Just a reminder, Dozer was also in VCS, near Construction Site on mainlaind(in original VC there is a Hotel with a large pool near police station)
24:17 in VCS is also Cholo Sabre(it's Sabre Turbo but coloured)

Seeing several GTA 4 cars returning to GTA 6 honestly makes me pretty happy.

14:50 That ain't how that works? They both only look superficially similar, but are actually separate cars from the same era. With the Tornado being based on 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, while the Stanier is based on the 1955 Ford Fairlane

@Cycuś_Gazownia 2 months ago

I kinda needed a video like that, all returning vehicles, by name or by real life model

@Khloya69 2 months ago

The mini was also in GTA advance under the name ‘Brit’

@John-y6j9u 2 months ago (edited)

Some of the cars from the first GTA are based on Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars of the time, with the Flamer being based on a 1979 Matchbox SuperFast series 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air with same colors.
