Full Breakdown of what we can expect from GTA 6 when it comes to aviation. Florida is a massive aviation state so I can't see Rockstar missing out on this aspect. I go into detail just how insane the detail on the Shamal will be this time around. What do you think aviation will be like in GTA 6? Let me know in the comments below.

at 6:38 these are not backup pitot probes but instead vortilons (aerodynamic devices attached to the wing's leading edge that channel airflow into a controlled vortex). This was discussed in the comments and I have to agree after doing further investigating.

Jeff, you’re making the rockstar developers who worked on the aviation project very happy by appreciating the small details.

They had better get rid of that WRETCHED TURBULENCE that was in GTA 5

As a die-hard Microsoft Flight Simmer, you nailed the plane details here.

I hope Rockstar will pay as much attention to their semi-Truck sound / Torque / Max speed / weight / Gear shifting. Also Muscle cars torque acceleration and Drag engine sounds

This is definitely the first breakdown of the flying mechanics. There are hundreds of videos of breakdowns screenshots etc of everything else but no one has talked about flying yet. you are definitely the first to do so.

I had no idea the planes were this detailed. I am so excited for this game.

It's always nice when the enthusiasts for things like aviation at the studios are able to go all out on this level of detal.

I remember the Dodo in GTA III. A C152 with no wings, for whatever reason. 😂

EDIT: Some users explained the reason why. By "whatever reason", I genuinely had no clue the game came out after 2001. THAT reason is why.

Glad you made this video because not many people taking about GTA 6 talk about planes ❤❤❤❤

i hope the crash physics on the planes are like just cause 4 where they break apart upon impact. looking forward crashing the planes into water for absolutely no reason

2:59 judging by the time of day if it was heading towards us depending if it was above of below 10,000 the landing lights would be on as well

As a student pilot this looks amazing. I never thought rockstar would put so much detail into aviation in the game.

Great job, Jeff. Your love of aviation really shines and your attention to detail here should excite even folks who have no idea about aviation.

This is unironically the type of content I first subscribed for back on my first account in like 2015-16

I really hope rockstar takes this a step further! Giving us the option to walk around cabin, and possibly customizing the layout and designs of our own jet!

I feel like no game has had better flight controls than the Vice City helicopter controls, where the left stick controller the helicopter like a cyclic, and then the right stick acted like the rudders for left/right as well as the collective to give you life and descent controls.
