Workout structure:
1-Planche progression(hardest progression you can hold with right activations for 2-5s) x 3 sets
2-Dynamic exercise that targets your weakness(weak protraction = some form of planche push up or PPPU; excessive forward lean = some form of planche press) 3x2-5 reps
3-Second dynamic exercise(pick different movement than #2 - i.e. don't do push ups or presses twice) 3x2-5 reps
4-Easier planche progression(pick an "easy" progression that you can hold for a good 6-10s with good activations) x 3 sets
Define a specific goal with a deadline, break it down in small goals with deadlines for each.

נראלי יש לך את השם הכי ישראלי שראיתי, איזה מלך

I can now confirm Weighted Dips don't transfer to planche. Even if i can Dip my Bodyweight now, no improvements in planche.

super video need one for the one arm handstand

2:32 losing protraction doesn’t mean you have weak protraction, most likely you lose protraction because you have weak shoulders and you’re trying compensate by using chest and biceps in a retracted position

Between each progression, do you recommand to use band as main exercice. Full with light band 2-5" for exemple ?

Do you recommand to change the last exercice with the curent progression with light band ?

Planche coming soon fr 🥶🥶

Isn't too stressing for the muscle and joints doing planche isometric holds, presses and push ups just in one session?

Absolute gem ive always wanted to start training and im right sround finishing my current cycle im gonna try implement this. The only thing i didnt really understand is how often you train per week but i assume you have to find that out yourself based on your recovery and what other work you have besides the planche

How many sessions per week ideally?

i feel like you overcomplicated a little, it might be tough for someone who is just starting out, the best advice would be that helped me is dividing your workout two sessions of 1hour each day, 3 times in a week, in the first session focus specific strength like tuck planche holds but remember just the holds won't help try to add some pushing and pressing and try to introduce new movement(advance tuck) when tuck planche feels comfortable. and further progressions can be achieved like this use bands as well, Now for the 2nd session focus will be on functional strength use hspu and weighted dips , also focus on scapula strength focus on low rep rrange 6-8 and as for sets trust your intuition if you feel you can't do it just take a rest for the day or reduce the intensity and last thing rest at least 5 min b/w each set

Would you incorporate like banded holds into this or is better to train without is band work only useful further down the track of your progress

so to unlock planche, just do planche pushups and planche presses?

I'm trying to join the Whatsapp but it's not working

Less FaceTime, show more of the exercise Heisenberg

Is there a best way to strengthen forearms? I began training planche a few months ago and still, when I let go of a planche lean I feel a lot of pressure in my forearms that takes a few seconds to fade away.

I didn't get anything out of this
