I watched the super ninja episode after your last post, and I was so excited to see u do figure 4. So adaptive, if only the audience saw it as that rather than being “lazy”. It’s actually the opposite of lazy because you’ve worked hard to develop a strategy, and got really good at what you can do with your body. You not only didn’t quit after your injuries, but you’re stronger now than you were before. 💪

As an ice climber I'm mostly annoyed bc I'm not strong enough to do figure 4's.

I loved the chemistry between Russian and Australian cultures... there is some directness in both, you're obviously good old friends and it was entertaining to watch

I am beyond happy seeing another Ninja video in the old style and on top of that with an absolute legend. So much so that your music played in my head while watching. The world needs more positivity, inclusion and motivation. Your videos as well as you do provide a great example on how humanity should look like.

Two years ago I came here and was so happy I didnt need to train around injuries. Now after I permamently injured my right middle finger, I am glad I found your videos back then.
It gives hope to see that one can continue his passion in sports even after injuries.

Its thanks to you that I continued by changing my training routine, adapting and now are close to the V7 again.
