The strange man is death! The view in the mirror is symbolic! Death being right behind him and as we know John’s ultimate fate!

I wouldn’t say that he’s a Mephistopheles character as much as he is the accuser. He might be the devil and he might be able to grant monkeys paw wishes but he’s closer to the dime novel idea of Satan/the accuser.

Pandemic means the whole country or world is affected,  Epidemic is the word you're looking for here to refer to a single town

It's "from the snow to the cave", not grave.

The story of Faust was a popular play in theaters around the Wild West. It is also portrayed in the film Tombstone, about Wyatt Earp and his brothers in Tombstone, Arizona.

You can shoot any windows/bottles etc and they will always return/renew a few days later

You and STRANGE MAN channel are the only ones i see🎉😊

Hello, subscribers, I'm a fan and you have to put as many comments as possible to reference Feelbee's videos, Soon Red Dead 3 will be there and this channel must be one of the channels presented first. least of the things to be done to reward this monumental work.

Gosh dang it, Filibuster...

What a cracking vid again Phil!..must have taken you hours to put that one together. Really enjoyed it.
Ive always thought the Strange Man was the devil himself personally but seeing all the different theories does make you wonder. Whoever he is you done him proud ..brill vid as always thank you for the work you do much love x

You know what would be awesome , a new Fivem or game made with the rdr/gta engine like both but a 1955 -1965 “once upon a time in Hollywood “ themed redM/FiveM mechanics but having a Quentin terrintino esk spaghetti western/Hollywood type story with Rick dalton laid out into a los Santos and maybe a new map added on or a propper gta brittain or a itally . The 60s with horses /buggies / TModel cars / old Chevy and ford cars would really give it that western feel doing mid century vehicles and the birth of modern 1950s stereotypes and all the fun stuff they could do, there is something for everyone with that, then they don’t have to go cringe with ftw 6 type main characters

I will still and always say the strange man is our guilty conscience in the game. Kindve playing devil advocate

The way the strange man says it, “why would you remember me, you forgotten far more important people than me” could he be referring to a deal John might have made; like moon. Could be never really know. Part 3 lol

It’s only just dawned on me now that the strange man is just Rockstar/ the honour system. He’s the one judging us, “an accountant” if you will. Tallying up the Low honour and high honour deeds. He even gives us some opportunities to redeem our honour with the encounters. Then obviously I’m RDR2 we get a different ending dependent on honour.

He is that same being who Avenged Sevenfold recognizes as the shepherd of fire.

In fact that portrait was behind Herbert Moon the grocer as well!

He is Death. Simple as that. 💀

Mate you put some seriously research hours in on these videos, and it shows in the quality 👍👍

Nice vid! I'd like to play RDR (1) but guess I'm kinda holding on for a remastered version, having been introduced to these characters through the beauty of RDR2

Never seen you show that first hut before.... 😁
