The Kremlings on the big screen in New Donk City were all of us

In a world where grifters try to make the game seem horrible, this review actually says the truth

it's interesting just how fresh the games feals. Using the environment in the way Bananza does makes it stand out in a very worn out genre. I hope DK carries this identity to a sequel,  I think we could get a DKC 2 type of game, one that patches up it's prequel's few flaws and perfects the formula/idea.

9:16 Personally I didn’t think the companions in Prime 4 were that bad, but then again I spent 20 hours beating it so I might just have Stockholm syndrome

One of the best and most enjoyable games I have ever played.  The perfect balance of fun and not too difficult where it’s frustrating. I beat it twice and just got 1000 max bananas.  My GF only ever plays trivia and puzzle games on her phone and she bet it as well and now trying to 100% it.

Even after all of that I still have not had enough of it.  Kind of sad there isn’t anything really left for me to do outside of the DLC which is nice but way too casual. I do hope we get another plot based DLC and a near future sequel.

Second best game of 2025 behind Clair Obscur Expedition 33

The bananza transformations also act as a radio since they all have unique music

I personally always like using the Bananza's as little as possible in areas where they are intended to be used to complete a task/objective. Which, unfortunately, is another reason to dislike the Zebra Bananza. Every situation that has you using it, makes it borderline impossible not to use it. From a gameplay perspective, it shouldn't really be designed in a way where you're obligated to use it to cross a certain point of air/land, at least in contrast to the other Bananza's where almost every situation that "requires" you to use them, you can bypass with skill, and DK's base skill set.

Pauline's new design is so cute, I would be completely ok with "young pauline" becoming a mario kart character tbh
An explanation wouldn't hurt though, and I'd take anything. Maybe Pauline fell into a time barrel, idk

Donkey Kong Bananza is my Favourite Nintendo Switch 2 Game 🦍👧🏻🍌 Donkey Kong Bananza is easily on my Top 10 Favourite Video Games of all time list. Donkey Kong and Pauline in Donkey Kong Bananza is now my new Favourite Nintendo Duo of all time and the most adorable too ☺️ Donkey Kong and Pauline’s Friendship is so cute, It reminds of Sulley and Boo from Monsters, Inc and also reminds me of Ralph and Vanellope from Wreck-It Ralph 😊

This video made me want to eat bananas! W video as always my guy

7:44 at least someone agrees with me on that

I mean the Rareware design of DK had a single, permanent dopey expression all the time, which probably wouldn't translate well to either Bananza or the Mario Movie. 😂

DK Bananza is so magical and special. Truly a masterpiece. This game is my favorite of all time. Great video! ❤

I saw the thumbnail at the video title and my brain had a massive brain fart 💀

I’d love to see you make a short video about the post game around 10 minutes long. I think the post game is incredible

Nice new PFP

17:56: Unless you count Donkey Kong Jungle Climber, which would be more like 18 years (7 if you count Smash Ultimate).

When MF DOOM retrospective ?
