NO MODS • NO GLITCHES • ALL PLATFORMS.
Follow this Fallout 4 building tutorial to recreate the renovated house and working ammo factory shown in this video at Murkwater on any platform.
In this Fallout 4 settlement building guide, we completely renovate the ruined Murkwater house and turn it into a functional home with a fully working ammo factory. I’ll walk you through every step so you can build this in your own game on PC, Xbox, or PlayStation – no mods or glitch build techniques required.
You’ll learn how to:
-Repair and rebuild the original Murkwater house using clean, snap-friendly pieces
-Design a practical living space upstairs
-Construct a working ammo factory using Contraptions Workshop DLC
-Route power, manage conveyors, and keep the factory compact and reliable
-Blend everything into a believable, lore-friendly Murkwater settlement renovation
This is a full build tutorial, not just a settlement tour - you’ll see how to place, snap, and plan each part of the build so you can follow along in your own game.

Build rules for this series
• 100% Vanilla + DLC: No mods used.
• No Glitches: Everything is built using standard snapping mechanics (no rug/pillar/wire/etc. glitches).
• Build Limit: Because this is a large renovation, I can expand the settlement build limit when needed to be able to finish the design.
• Reproducible: You can build everything you see here on PC, Xbox, or PlayStation.
If you’re new here, I make Fallout 4 settlement building tutorials focused on clean, glitch-free structures that work on all platforms. Think of this channel as your guide to a better Commonwealth – one renovated settlement at a time.

I love what you have done with the ruined building. This is one of the most elegantly simple solutions for turning that eyesore into a functional building. And that manufacturing plant is a great idea, especially for the harder to find ammo types (I'm looking at you Gauss Rifle...). Another fabulous addition to the saga of the Triggermen in Murkwater. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the whole thing.
