You took the HARDEST settlement imaginable. You made it beautiful. And no mods. One I could suggest -> commonwealth cleanup project. Let's you scrap the settlement further but does not damage pre-combines - scrap everything - does. And, doesn't let you scrap to the point where you damage the settlement. So, consider it.

Another wonderful addition to your portfolio of tutorials. I love that you not only indicate the pieces used to construct items, but also the why of each choice making it easy to understand.

I love the idea with the small scaffolding frame to adjust the placement of the walkway to hhe garden. That's a great way to keep it all aligned. I also like the idea of the powered door to hide the workbench. I normally try to incorporate the workbench into each build so that it doesn't stand out. Or i use a mod to simply move it to a more appropriate location. But this is a cool alternative to those options (especially if you are building without mods).

And i learned something new today. I did not know that the water pumps wolud fit under the existing shack. That is a very useful piece of information.

I really love this build. Hangman's Alley is so cramped I usually ignore it, but it also makes a good starting point to follow your build style and learn useful tips.

Very nice as usual. What I really appreciate the most is you take the time to align the floor boards. Some builders don't and it drives me crazy. It sounds crazy, I know, but it is what it is.

Awesome design! I love how versatile the concrete set is. I wish there were more small modular pieces like that in the wood and metal sets. I wanna try to take this basic template and convert it into a more scrappy look overall. Thanks for the inspiration!

Wow, your channel is the best! I never thought someone could build in Fallout 4 without glitches! I certainly can't - everything simply goes wrong. I made a Hangman's Alley in my first playthrough that was vertical, but I didn't had the knowledge of the glitches so everything was strange, disconnected, missing parts. You are a Fallout building artist!

1:15 It's true that long ladders often can't be placed directly because the game deem them too long. What usually works for me is to place the ladder first at some random spot on the surface, then pick it up and snap it to the place where you want the ladder. It seems a reposition of the ladder doesn't care about how deep it goes into the ground. I don't know if this works always, but I have used this "trick" many times and never had problems so far.
