Follow this step-by-step Fallout 4 building tutorial to repair the ruined house at Tenpines Bluff - using no mods or glitches!

Welcome to Episode 2 of the Tenpines Bluff renovation series. In this episode, I renovate the ruined house from the ground up. I'll walk you through:
-Framing two full floors and repairing the broken walls
-Building a storage garage and second floor balcony
-Setting up turret defenses
-Wiring the house for power and water purifier

This is absolutely stunning work. I’ve never seen a settlement builder that focuses on making houses look like actual houses, and not concrete structures with a million windows. This is so unique and I’m obsessed. It looks so cozy. Definitely going to follow this tutorial on my current survival save! Thank you!!

12:25 If you temporarily remove the outside foundation and use a quarter wood floor to snap to the inside foundation, then a quarter scaffold floor will snap to the wood floor, then the ramp snaps to the scaffold floor. Once the ramps are in place, you can remove the wood and scaffold floor pieces and put the foundation back and everything lines up.

You are gifted! I've repaired that husk of a shack in a similar way, but it's never been all snapped and looking symmetrical and never remotely looked this good.

I wondered how you would fix that old house. Incredible! You must be the most clever builder that I've seen in Fallout 4.
And the stories! I've been playing this game since day 1 and I never thought of the background of the residents of Tenpines Bluff.

I'm a long time builder in fallout 4, and this is one of the better renovations and easy to follow. I also like the story telling, putting a spin on the beginning of tenpines. Well done.

5:50 The only concern here is that any overlap of a wall into the border means that an enemy spawn can actually enter your house before your settlers are alerted to their presence. I learned this the hard way. So if you can manage to just nudge the wall alignment enough to keep that green on the outside, it's safer. Nice design. I definitely haven't explored barn builds enough. Love that upper ceiling. The rain will run right off! 😉 P.s. - Love the origin story at the end
