Being a prodigy doesn’t mean being good at EVERYTHING. It’s being exceptional at SOMETHING. I think Naruto is definitely a prodigy.

Sasuke is also a prodigy, and he couldn’t climb the tree either

But Sage, if a piano prodigy sucks at learning math.  Does it stop making him a prodigy.  Naruto excels at particular things but not others and that's fine.

Naruto didn’t have access to any support or actual 1 on 1 training until after he became a genin. I’d say he’s a prodigy because as soon as he got real instruction he started learning and growing faster than anyone.

I love that sage read the definition and how it said being extremely good in one particular thing more than normal and then he says Naruto isn’t one cause he’s not good at every other thing.😂

I used to think Naruto was dumb but after rewatching the show with my bf , he explained to me that his teacher just didn't know how to teach him correctly. Cause under the right titulage, he was able to do spectacular things

Sasuke couldn’t climb the tree either 😭 and Naruto created his own s-rank jutsu at 16 and became a perfect sage

Not a prodigy even tho he became one of the most powerful ninja in history before 20 is crazy

what makes naruto a prodigy is the fact that every jutsu he did up until the war arc was harder to do than if someone else did it bc he had an angry fox messing up his chakra control and he still managed crazy jutsu in record time

Naruto was built differently the moment he was born with the blood of the Uzumaki clan.

Bro talm bout “yeah bro when he was 12 he fucked up a couple times so he ain’t no prodigy”🤣

Naruto is no genius, but he is certainly a prodigy. He was genetically predisposed for greatness both physically through his parents and spiritually through Asura. He was also bestowed with half of the chakra of the strongest of tailed beasts, which he could only maintain due to his genetics. Lastly, from a performance perspective, he was able to output far more shadow clones than any other ninja in the leaf village despite only one night of training and poor chakra distribution. All of these qualities were available to Naruto while he was in the academy in the first chapter. Meanwhile, geniuses and other prodigies worked diligently only to be surpassed when Naruto matched their effort and focus even for a short period of time. If that isn't a prodigy, I don't know what is.

Everyone in Naruto excels at SOMETHING and some excel at almost EVERYTHING, Naruto is in the SOMETHING category and has to work hard to learn certain Jutsus it’s just once he’s learned certain Jutsus he excels very well at them.

Imma keep it a buck if Naruto isn't a prodigy then Sasuke also isn't a prodigy

Bro literally saw the DEFINITION of prodigy but then went to try and go against it 😭

3:30 low key his teacher was just trash, bro read a book for the first time and was like "oh!"

5:50 i wouldn't say naruto sucks, the 9 tails literally was holding naruto back. even during the tree climbing thing: kakashi said the 9 tails was making hard for naruto to control his chakra. that was narutos biggest drawback early on the show until the timskip traning with jirahya: chakra control

Now that im thinking of about it , kakashi and some of the other jonin have always complimented his skills

The way Naruto is able to use the shadow clone is absolutely some prodigy shit

21:40 bro you LITERALLY searched up the definition of prodigy and it said someone that is endowed with a natural ability that they become a master at. him gaining mastery over the jutsus he knows he's good at is BY DEFINITION PRODIGIOUS. (prodigious btw is the word you were looking for this whole video when you kept saying "prodigical")
