Sadara being an Uchiha with Sakura’s insane raw strength is so scary 😂

That left hook from sarada has me cry laughing everytime😂😂

Bro really thought he'd get away with PURPLE LIGHTNING ☠️☠️☠️

The shikadai fight was such a cool call back too. Also the fact that he's technically royalty of their village with Gaara being his uncle and wat not

I love this arc cause it really shapes who Boruto becomes and the change for Naruto being the dad he never had. Can't wait for Kara arc and Kawaki.

Boruto is such a good watch. However the manga is way better only because they already did the timeskip

Boruto Sykes himself out as a genius afraid to try and fail in his own merits. Fear of failure when you only know success is scary as a previously once gifted child that had a fear of Losing that I just stopped trying once things got hard. It’s too real

People hate cheating Boruto.
That's the point of this arc literally.
You're supposed to hate him.
He supposed to be a loser in this arc literally 😂😂

Yet to see someone dislike shikadai

There is so much crazy foreshadowing in this arc.. i love it..

29:43 that cut to reading the definition of gaslighting killed me 😭🤣🤣 didn’t expect that. Banger clip.

I never watched Boruto let alone shuppuden, but I admire how they kept Naruto character and morals. Naruto achieved everything through hard work and his friends and foes.  Seeing your own son basically slandering your morals in your face would make me mad more than disappointed, but I like how well executed this played out.

32:08 bro straight up manipulated a 12 yo that was just seeking his fathers approval

If you listen closely to boruto vs Shikadai, shikadai said he only came up with the new jutsu because of his upcoming match with boruto with help from his fsther shikadai. The point of the chunin exams was to show the bonds that most other genin had with their parents compared to boruto and naruto:

Shikamaru and temari  helped shikadai

Sai and ino helped inojin

Choji and karui helped cho cho

Orochimaru helped mitsuki

Garra ( a fellow kagae like naruto with the same responsibilites ) still made time to train his son shinki

Sakura and sasuke helped sarada

Boruto never had naruto's help going into the chunin exams and he didnt get sasuke as a mentor till the very last minute which while helpful can onlyndo so much because they might be master and student they arent parent and child like him and sarada

Some may ask: why didnt he ask hinata for help? Hinata had already trained boruto in the gentle first taijutsu but he can only do but so much with it since he doesnt have byakugan it wont do him much.

Boruto needed naruto because naruto couldve helped him develop as a ninja better.

Of course with all that said BORUTO IS STILL IN THE WRONG FOR CHEATING AND SHOULD'VE ACCPTED THE L A LONG TIMR AGO.

the arc is a reflection on how both naruto and boruto failed as parent and child and lets be honest if not for the attack naruto wouldve sent a clone or clalled boruto into his office, the later being worse because imagine the only time your dad made time you is when hes your boss at work and wantsnto scold you for fucking up because otherwise yall wouldn't even be having a conversation

YN's breeding YN's the son of gaara really said "on my pops Amma whoop your ass"

25:55 Boruto learns the purple lighting after this arc

Can’t wait for it to get animated after the time skip. Peak!

Ngl, I think the show is cooking better than the movie. I don't like when the show adaptates the movies but this was good

Love Boruto I always dreamed of Naruto having a slice of life arc where they just live like normal shinobi teenagers, early Boruto gives us that. This is what Hashirama dreamed of., kids just being kids without adult problems and responsibilities. But haters cant move on from the cycle of hatred war eras.

What Boruto expected to happen:

NAH BORT GOT IT! 🐶💔

PURPLE LIGHTING AT AGE 12? YOU'RE HIM BRODIGY 🐶💔

What Boruto found out:

NAH BORT CHEATED? 😭😭😭

LOSING NINJA STATUS AS THE HOKAGES SON? 😭😭😭
