“This is that list” already knew it was chopped😭

BRO we have to stop talking about the "animation" in the Naruto/Pain fight - that was not a budget issue, or an animator issue - they intentionally put Shingo Yamashita on the animation duty for this fight. It was super fluid, if you want to talk strictly ANIMATION this is a top moment in the series the trade off is detail. This fight is like Performance mode vs Graphics mode gaming..you want the pretty 30fps or the smooth ass 60fps. are there some funny looking still shots - absolutely but i think overall this was some fire ass animation. You have to watch it an appreciate what the man did - he did most of that shit completely by himself if im remembering correctly too

Sage was cooking with the Naruto vs Gaara take such a slept on fight

I forgot how good that arc was, I really fw how they introduced Tsunadi to the story and we had Naruto and Jiriya time

13:22 ... i have been saying this for years and ive finally found someone who agrees with me. imma life long tso fan now

Most underrated fight is she Shikamaru vs Hidan. Not a lot of boxing but it's an entertaining get back

The Slept On Sage
Bro lead with the Gov't name

Shinra vs Rock Lee for pure hands and Kakashi vs Zabuza because it felt the most like a fight between shinobi for me

I saw the short for the gaara Naruto fight and I thought you was tripping cuz the RDC part wasn't there but now I see it's 100% warranted

It's TSO Sage of Six paths

28:54 the nostalgia 🤣

Best LOOKING fights start to finish:
Sasuke vs Orochimaru, Lee vs Gaara, Sasuke vs Deidara, Jiraiya vs Pain, Sasuke vs Itachi, Kakashi and Team 10 vs Kakuzu and Hidan, Naruto vs Gaara, Taka vs Killer Bee, Sasuke vs Danzo, Obito vs Kakashi, and of course both Naruto vs Sasuke fights. I wanted to include Naruto vs Pain but there are too many points where the animation gets stiff and it's jarring af

I just have started my Naruto Journey now for the 1st time and im deep into Shippuden so I do have a Top 10 cause im still in the Journey

Sakura and chiyo vs Sasori is EXTREMELY underrated it is quite unique when it comes to Naruto fights

Naruto v Pain definitely has fair critiques as the animation director's vision for showing the insane physical feats shown made things look "off," but the fight is literally one of the most significant one's in the series. I am very strong of the opinion this fight is where Naruto gets the most development for his character in the entire series. Pain shat on his childish outlook and made it clear how the cycle of hatred went, which was Jiraiya's goal to fix the cycle of hatred carried down to Naruto. Naruto learning to forgive Nagato despite killing one of his closest people gave him insight into how Sasuke felt (Naruto failed in Part 1 with Sasuke as he didn't understand what loss really meant to a person). If redeeming Sasuke wasn't part of what Naruto needed to accomplish for his character, the series could've just ended there with an epilogue of Naruto becoming Hokage. He had the mentality to facilitate peace and he became a hero to the village.

😂😂😂 leave them straw hats outta this

I'm surprised that the first Hidan & Kakuzu fight where Asuma died doesn't seem to make peoples' top 10s. If I'm to think back on fights that made a big impression on me when I saw them the first time, that one comes to mind immediately. Weird occult powers, the death of a character that's been with us from the start and a moment that changes Shikamaru's whole perspective forever. Hidan's dialogue in the original sub is vicious too, straight up psychopath, they toned him way down in the dub and later subs. I'm not saying it's top 1 or even top 5, but in my top 10 without a doubt.

I get it we have these personal/group Top 10 list and even for me. My one side Polar Bear fight just for the Fun of it: Naruto vs Konohamaru and that was a filler episode.
But let’s not forget, despite it all… We have The Lawww!! Imma leave it at that.

Naruto vs pain needs to be reanimated and it’s number 4 easy. Madara vs shinobi alliance 3rd. obito vs kakashi is number 2 to me behind last Naruto vs sasuke at 1st. I have rock lee vs gara for 5th but not because it’s bad but the competition is so tight. 6th is itachi vs sasuke. I like Sakura granny chiyo behind that(7th) over sasuke and dedara at 8th. Taka vs killer bee 9th. Minato vs obito and the kubbi rounding it out for me at 10th.
