I love when luke goes off on his rants. That shit always gets me fired up 😂🫡

As a young man who just started bodybuilding at the beginning of this year. I love hearing you guys talk about the mentality of this sport, and what it takes to be a real bodybuilder who’s in it for the love of the sport

love this trio fr, everyone is so passionate it's awesome to listen to!

Another great episode! Thank you as always fellas 🔥

Just for funsies I had to look up the stage photos from the 2022 NY State, and Luke wasn't kidding. He should've taken the heavies. Placings often don't make sense lol.

This changed my whole outlook. I just did Jr. Nats and my regional show, I was the only one in my class. I wanted to quit bodybuilding after that. Listening to this about placings made me feel 10x better

Morning crew checking in. Perfect for my morning walk around Cape May.

This crew never misses 👍

Really liking this group. 💪🏼

I’m 42 been bodybuilding since I was 14. When I was growing up not just anyone competed the best and I mean the best of the best guy in your whole area would dare to step on stage.
.
Times have changed everyone can compete and that’s great but I’ve watched so many people be “bodybuilders” for a season, burn out and then never go to a gym again.
.
It’s also okay to just get fkn jacked live the lifestyle and really enjoy the process, progression and physical adherence it takes to build a 250LB plus physique.
.
Great rant lads.

Absolute banger episode 🙌 💪

No cardio this am… but get to listen after a hobbling leg day… lower half rep hacks were torture.

Great channel 💯👍 and content 👍

Good fucking morning! 🫡

Awesome podcast with great training advice. Hyped the video. Dont overthink it and train as hard as you can. There is no magic split to make you an IFBB Pro, do what u can recover from, as hard as you can and go home and eat/sleep. Repeat.... And to ensure progress hire a great coach if you can afford it.

100% True... We used to know where every American Bodybuilder got their pro card. Its funny because it was because of the magazines back in the day. The Nats...USA's..and later the North Americans were it for open. And they covered the top NPC athletes like pros. So even though it was delayed, we knew the upcoming pros and where they came from.

Hyped!

Killer episode fellas!

I’m in the gym listening to the part of the podcast about unconventional training as some 70 year old dude is behind me standing up using a HS incline as a shoulder press.

It’s also the accessibility to drugs and people see how some people just transform themselves and respond to the gear and they think they are gonna be the next hyper responder
