This is beyond a simple little video, it's a major production, so make sure you show them support.

Otherwise get some popcorn, because this is beyond anything I've watched.

Red Lore: We teleported bread.

Blue Lore: We unleashed a nightmare, defied nature, and now our bodies will never be the same.

She's going into the deep end of TF2 SFM animations, she's definitely lead poisoned now.

RED team ending: "we couldn't have done any of this without you"
BLU team ending:

Here's the thing most people forget about the TF2 trailers the blue soldier always dies in them each one in fact.

I love how the entire tf2 community just anonymously agreed that Emesis Blue is Blu lore.

i remember watching this and being amazed by it since they made something quite incredible and it was free to watch

For the ending...

Valium and Diazepam are actually the exact same drug. The big reveal was that the stuff he was taking the whole time was expired.

The engineer said "I would'a got you" because he had a drill, not a gun. He pulled it out on the Medic not because he actually thought he had any chance at surviving, but because he wanted to see if his draw was fast enough that he COULD have survived, if he'd been armed.

The Red Team, we always see them as stupid and fun and mostly win their battles.
The Blu Team, Emesis Blue

"I trapped my coworkers in a room and explained TF2 lore to them" could be a good short reaction tagged on to any future tf2 reaction

i will forever be grateful that this movie has no up in your face loud jumpscares

1:04:53 when he says they were 10 survivors and then one of them off himself that is a nod to the 10th cut class the civilian which ironically is what archbold model is based off of just slightly fatter.

34:40 he had a drill, he was implying if it was an actual gun he would have got him

At 1:06:23 the screaming you hear is Scout getting respawned but since it was a fatal error Scout is screaming in pain as his body is just a pool of blood.

What i love about this film is the fact they did so much with the 1% chance of the respawn machine defecting during respawn.

0:46 fun fact, this took like 10 years to make. And many believe that fortress film’s previous work: “Spy’s Disguise” is very closely tied to it. There are a lot of similarities and interesting story elements that make sense.

Edit: i just rechecked it, it was not 10 years, it was 6. I am so sorry for saying that. 6 years is still a long time but i accidentally thought it was 10. Please don’t hate me

The whole segment around 34:20 ("I would have got you") is a reference to Falling  Down (1993), spoilers but at the end of the movie the main characters decides to do a suicide by cop & pulls out a water gun, gets shot, & then tells the cop "I would have got you". There's a bunch of references to movies & other stuff in Emesis Blue

"It's an eternity in there" is a phrase from a short story written by Steven King. Teleportation technology was available to the public to travel to other planets. You have to fall asleep to use it without drawbacks. If you are awake while using the teleporter you still spawn on the other side but your hair loses all colour becoming senile gray. The only thing they all say after not falling asleep during it is:
"It's eternity in there."

It is canon in game that Blue Soldier and Red Demoman are best friends. There are even specific voiceline interactions between the two.
