Carnivore has been my lifestyle for three years now, I work out five times a week, I'm fit and recently turned 61.

I just hit 30 days and I'm sold

It’s amazing what the body can do in 30 days, most people don’t realise how bloated they are and how much water they carry thinking it’s fat. Great results!

The cravings are all the bad bugs you've been feeding sugar in the gut dying off. Basically trying to flip you the finger while they disintegrate into nothing. Awesome transformation btw.

my transition to fat adapted went for long 6 months, slipped now and again, looking (and finding) for chocolate...rough, I had the same cravings, identical as you did, unimaginable to anyone who did not try to quit sugar, now a two year carnivore, cravings gone completely, energy through the roof (all day long) never have crashes or anything like that. Defo worth trying, again and again until succeed mate! Had a quick trip for a free days abroad, could not be bothered to eat as I was unsure the fat they cook in etc, guess what 3 days- no food, felt even better...it is like super power now. But as I said watched your video and it was like reliving the experience. Good luck bro

Really is no need to come off carnivore, you’ve seen how good it is, it’ll get even better the longer you’re on it

Just come here from your new carnivore challenge video. It’s very entertaining.. don’t go away again I want to see the next challenge!

This is the only video that I've seen of yours.  It came up on the suggested viewing list, so I took a look to see your results.  You did very well.  All that water was rinsing out your electrolytes and it would have been a lot easier had you taken in sodium, potassium, and magnesium, but I did the same as you back years ago when electrolytes weren't recommended.  I hope that you experienced a lot of positive health improvements.  Congrats on completing the challenge.

Regarding the headaches, this relates to an electrolyte imbalance as your body dumps water with no carbs to help retain it. You need to take an electrolyte supplement (sodium, potassium, chloride and magnesium)
