The fact that you spent time making the beautiful key rings for us after being let down by your supplier is so appreciated and makes the gift so precious.   Made with love and loved by everyone who was lucky enough to receive one.   Am sure your decision will bring you much happiness and be a massive success for you personally.  Take care.

Congratulations on the change in job, you’ll be even more successful at TFO with you there full time. Look what you’ve already achieved doing it part time, you’ll soon make up your salary drop ❤ fab fabrics as always. It’s so great that you support other fabric shops too 😘

Hi Becky, I love that despite having your own fabric shop you still have joy shopping in other outlets. Different shops for different styles - Outlets for elegance and others for basics and toile fabrics 🙂
Great haul, very inspiring and I look forward to seeing what you make up.
I’m sure you will make a great success of being full time at The Fabric Obsession and that your joy in doing something that you really love will make up for taking a bit of a financial hit in the initial stages😬. Your enthusiasm is infectious and I’m wishing you the best of luck with everything to come 😊❤

Great blog. Ive purchased the zebra fabric over and over again, I’ve made backpacks, totes and used it for bag linings, I love it

Could you use the blue for waistcoats or bags ..maybe a skirt.

Absolutely love the paisley purple that will be coming into your shop - will be keeping my eye out for it 😍

Fabulous fabric. Congrats on the job move. You won't regret it.. can't wait to see your makes. Gwen❤

Becs that poppy fabric took me back to the 60s ,my mum had an Audrey Hepburn little black dress style shift dress in like a  dull satin fabric ,the back ground colour was black big red poppies, with the classic black bouffant hair red lips she looked stunning , it’s one of my vivid childhood memories of my beautiful mum ❤️

Wow. Great news. I’m so happy for you🎉 I have to say atm I enjoy watching your videos above all others. I’m glad you’ll have more time to share 😅 ❤❤

I always enjoy a good fabric haul, and this was a whopper! Can’t wait to see what you make. All will be stunning I’m sure.

Terrific video,I really enjoyed your fabric haul, wow. Don’t worry about the key ring ,you worked a miracle making them. I wish you all the best in leaving your job,it is a big decision and I wish you every success with the amazing Fabric Obsession.❤

The abstract print from Lamazi looks a bit like scifi/space movie jumps to hyper drive.  Yes, I am that nerd.  Have a ball with all your gorgeous fabrics!

What a great haul !  How exciting planning your new life.

Congratulations on a new chapter in your career Bec!  Perhaps you could make a lined jacket out of the slashed fabric and use a bright color for the lining so that it would pop?

An idea for the slashed fabric. Intentional mending. Can look fantastic. Use multicoloured threads, scraps of bright material, whatever you can recycle. Even a wide zig zag done with the machine. A little at a time before and after another project and you may find you love your one of a kind outfit. Roughly cutting out the shapes first is less intimidating and easier to work with.

I don’t think you should worry about the missing O it’s still pronounced the same , the key rings are lovely ,unique, only so many of them  be proud Becs 👌

Wow, that’s a HAUL! Love the Adele fabric and the green/black Lamazi xxxx

Some beautiful fabrics Bec, eagerly waiting to hear your plans for them.   All the best going forward in your future plans.   I feel your pain about the spelling mistake, it happened to me on an 18th birthday glass I etched 🙄🙄, put the wrong birth year - 😅😅😅.  Have a good week.

Congratulations on having the courage to make that decision, well done you 😊.  Hopefully you will be able to make more Jazz & Wow in due course to make up some shortfall.    Looking forward to hearing your next stage
