This evening I embarked on a 30-course tasting menu at my local fish and chip establishment. Each course featured a single, hand-selected potato baton, allowing the humble chip to express itself through an evolving progression of condiments. Highlights included a delicate whisper of Sarson’s vinegar, a bold Maldon-inspired salt crescendo, a tomato reduction from the Heinz region, a daring house blend of chip shop curry sauce, and an unexpectedly playful encounter with garlic mayo. The finale showcased an unadorned chip, inviting quiet reflection on the potato’s true essence.

Gotta do more reviews where you get steadily pissed throughout the meal. Love it!

I was here last year and it was the most glorious eating experience of my lifetime. Gareth Ward is a trail blazing Chef. He travels the world to bring the most superior ingredients to his table. It’s amazing to be in such an immersive culinary experience. My mind was blown course after course. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly!
I will hopefully one day be able to go there again. I stayed over in one of the beautifully decorated rooms and had breakfast delivered to my room. I still dream about these flavors!!!!

Now, this was a different experience. In a good way. I love the less posh, but still polished and perfect club atmosphere. And I really liked how the staff would still explain every course, like they usually do in Michelin Star restaurants, but without overselling the food, no fuss, no show, just professional but friendly descriptions, and they're off again. Love it. OMG! You're converted! You officially like mushrooms! Well, a dish with a mushroom. But still!

Wonderful experience to watch Gary but I knew it would divide the room😮 I was in the area a couple of years ago and looked it up,  but sadly my budget wouldn't allow the extravagance, and I'm probably in the najority 😊 However that said the ability to be able to experience it through you is the next best thing 👍 Belated congrats on reaching your you tube milestone🎉

Like 30 Christmas presents, one after another. Sometimes price doesn't matter, the scenery, the setting, the dj! and great food, staff, chefs. That's an occasion to cherish.
