In this week's instalment we're back in Milano at what was apparently the first American BBQ in the city...Ribs & Beer...

For the best part of twelve years, they've served up a rib eating challenge that only eight people have ever managed to defeat...the record time has been held by a Japanese fella by the name of Kiyoaki Omori for almost a decade now, so I decided to stop by and try give the decor a much needed update...

Buongiorno folks! I hope you’ve had a great week and as always, thank you very much for joining me for another instalment…

Today we’re in Milan at a restaurant called Ribs & Beer for one of my favourite episodes of the year! A ten year old record lies afoot, so I’m hoping I can roll back the years a bit and claim top spot on the needlessly large wall of fame…

I hope you enjoy it, thank you very much for all your support lately, particularly to those of you who watched the new episode of Beard’s Flavour of the Month earlier this week over on the new channel, and I’ll catch you this time next week for the next one!

Great video Adam, that was me with the record haha, one of two I set when I was in Milan for a work trip!

Congrats on the win, I was wondering when/if a Competitive Eater would beat my record, glad it was you that beat it. The restaurant was an awesome place, great hospitality, the owners were great people! Gotta take it back now don't I!?

I know that I am just adding more of the same comment, but watching these videos has seriously helped me with eating. I take ADHD meds that cut my appetite as a side affect, so I have been eating so little it’s scary. But when I put on these videos to eat, then I find myself able to eat much more than I would have normally. Thank you Adam for making the food eating videos, your witty commentary, your lovely attitude, and your obsession with the coveted winner’s T-shirt. You have helped me and so many others!

I don't know why people hate so much on the Joshes, I love the solo video but honestly there's such a good chemistry within the crew that I really do enjoy their presence as well.
