The extra transformative editing isn’t distracting whatsoever, honestly it truly enhances the experience. Smoke show Ashley back at it again

I’m sorry you had to do 3 all nighters but I am so incredibly glad the edits are here. Took it from 10/10 to 15/10

You blurring out the bald guy's head instead of putting a hat on him. Iconic. Obsessed

Not me ditching everything because Ashley 'the smokeshow' norton posted

Ashley. You’ve done it. This means so much to me as a person who hand-wrote an entire book based off the impact this series had on me when I was 12. And I’ve loved gymnastics ever since😂

Im still shook by how they wrote Emily off the show and its probably been 10+ years since i watched it happen! I think killing her in a car accident would have been less jarring lmao! I just kept waiting for her to come back!

I would like to advocate for this editing to appear more often. Its pretty incredible

the transformative editing not only helped me understand the concept and vibe of a show i’ve never watched but it elevated it to an artistic masterpiece. thank you ashley.

Fun hats are so 2009, this actually looks completely normal to me 1:17

I deeply love that adding stock images of ridiculous hats, etc. was the work around for content copyright detection. More of this tasteful transformative editing please

omg I thought I made this show up

The only thing I remember about this show was being furious about Emily's teen pregnancy storyline. Even 9 year old me knew that was unfair and cruel

@rebeccaqueen1006 1 month ago (edited)

Former gymnast here I’ve never been more excited for a video (can confirm the representation of elite gymnasts is no where near accurate but i was still obsessed with the show)

Very little in this show pisses me off as much as Candace Cameron Bure’s weird evangelical right wing values being apart of story telling.

Ashley thank god this show has haunted me for years. It’s set in my hometown and lemme tell you, the inaccuracy is NUTS

This is the first time Ashley made a video about a topic I not only actually know something about but is straight from my unresolved teenage hyperfixations box. God has smiled on me
