The rough shampoo ending in bleeding story was definitely a scam to make people leave their deposits and get nothing. And the girl thought she would have to pay more?? Absolutely not. Raise your standards ladies, please.

25:37 I know everyone loves a good head scratch at the wash bowl, but we as cosmetologists are taught to NEVER use your nails. Think about it, if you’re scratching everyone’s heads with your nails, think about all the skin you’d have under your nails, and all the grossness that you could be transferring to other clients. I have never scratched anyone else’s heads but myself and my loved ones. My customers get a thorough scrubbing, but I never use my nails. If a stylist uses their nails, tell them to stop. That’s so gross and un-hygienic!

I have sewn in extensions . Luckily I do it in Brazil because I am a flight attendant and it is $52 once month . I am in and out in 1.5 h. I have been doing this for years . I love the girl who runs the store , we go out for snack and coffee after the  service , she is  a no nonsense kind of girl . We buy the hair together . I am so happy after I see her .

The first girl stylist should have cancelled. If her mom passed away, shes not going to be focused on what shes doing.
