Should have made the video 5 hours long

That scene could have been snappier;

"A man of loyalty. I'm looking for someone like that to work for me."

"That wouldn't make me loyal now would it? I work for you I stop being loyal to my people."

Than again, we're expecting too much from Mauler who could stream for five hours talking about a gif.

I like how the script pretends to be deep and artsy-fartsy while using the word time a million times... At first also, I thought the hostage would kill them both in a very short fight scene and finish the film by him drinking the water left. The clock was unesecery since we had the glass of water empting.

What do you think was the purpose of the Rottweiler "one more horizon" story?

It's like a pissed off child in the back seat telling his dad how to drive.

Noooo. The guy who pretends he's being "objective" made a bad movie? I'm shocked.

The film's premise is killing me, it sounds like something a 17 year old would devise lmfao. It's hilarious. This is the best narrative device he could construct to keep two opposing characters "trapped" in the same location? Feckin' hell, two blokes trapped in a lift (elevator) would seem less contrived than this tripe.

4:00 The reason 3 is skiped in the beginning is that he doesnt show fear, unlike the others. That makes him stand out

The problem with these fandom menace guys is they criticise without experience.

Once Mauler and the Drinker sat in the drivers seat they must have realised they had to make the same moves as the driver they were bad-mouthing from the back seat.

Kane Parsons and Curry Barker flat out has opened the floodgates for creators like Mauler and Drinker to make their own movies. I wonder what Geeks And Gamers, Nerdrotic, Asmongold and RK Outpost have in mind…

I liked the acting, but Mauler isn't the expert writer he thinks he is. For him to utilize the exact same tropes in his own movie that he criticizes other movies for doing ( and they tend to do it better than Mauler does ) makes him a massive hypocrite. I hope people consider Mauler's own movie the next time they hear him trash another movie.

Now, now, Sequel Trilogy Fans. This doesn’t mean your shit movies is magically good now.

Look, I like Mauler. I still regularly watch EFAP. But I was very disappointed in his "film." It had all the hallmarks of a student project (glacial pacing, weird dialogue, few locations, etc.) To be fair, it was his first attempt, but from someone who regularly criticizes media I expected more. Just to put this in perspective, an average TV Program is 22 to 24 minutes long once you remove the commercials. In a series pilot, important characters will be introduced, given a chance to demonstrate their personality, and resolve a conflict typical of what the audience should expect moving forward. All In Good Time is a little over 18 minutes long, vaguely introduces really only two characters, and has a plot that's solved by contrivance. He used the time poorly to try and build suspense when he should have had a moving plot, not one in which the audience waits for something to happen.

I really like your breakdown of the short film and its problems. The way you used other scenes from other mediums to contrast with this one and the difference in storytelling was really intelligent and engaging.  Its clear that you're a knowledgeable writer.

Hope he sees this, bro

If the gun doesn't jam, the victims traps proceeds as intended. Thus while you may claim its a contrivance, its not a contrivance that actually matter to the story.

Anti-Snyder youtubers are always mediocre filmmakers
