About time someone did this honestly, knight is genuinely perfect for a smash fighter alongside hornet and if we get a smash 6 I am praying we get either of the 2.

his third victory screen goes so hard

This guy really wants the Knight to be top tier.

This is sick, he should be able to jab while walking like Steve

Maybe the grab/throw could be related to the Void tendrils in the abyss?

i think the dream nail ability should probably be a little slower/riskier to pull off

i think it could be a fun detail that if you stay on the bench win screen long enough, he nods off

i assume the final smash would be his Lord of Shades form?

The dash attack could be made to use the sharp shadow charm, just as a way to include more charms into the moveset. Other than that this looks incredible so far for the knight being in smash.

I USED TO PRAY FOR TIMES LIKE THESE

I think...you should make the soul attacks slower to use, and for fireball, make it do less knockback but do a teensy bit more damage in return. And also make the attacks have less range. And for all the attacks besides the soul variants, make them weaker

most balanced modded character

I know nothing about Hollow Knight, but I love the design for this little dude! His movement and attacks are slower than other than other characters his size, but everything builds towards his soul attacks which are huge and devastating despite their bad frame data! I'd definitely try him out if I could.

Really nice adaptation. I like how you were able to include both desolate dive and the dream nail in the moveset

For the entrance animation, I think it would be cool for him to come in riding the last stag

This would be a top tier character if it was in the game

Idk if the fact that his up throw kills super early seems right to me. Love the mod though and im hyped to see whats next for this character 👍❤️

A few suggestions :
1. The Vengeful Spirit attack could be pogo-able for players, just as it is in game.
2. Having super armour for the charge up of the Crystal dash could be a bit overpowered.
3. I'm worried The Knight's sprint is a too speedy, so maybe tuning it down and making his run a reference to the Sprint Master charm could be cool.

That's all! This looks awesome!

Very good mod!

Imagine if his intro animation was him resting on a bench and waking up right as the round starts. That would be such a sick nod to Hollow Knight!

this is seriously cool!!! i love your take on the soul meter most other fan designs ive seen just void the concept entirely from the kit. I love the vessel and hope they make it into smash officially some day too 🥺
