R.I.P. Dick Parry, the great saxophonist who died May 2026.  Played the iconic solos on "Money," "Us and Them," and "Shine On You Crazy Diamond".

When this came out I was a helper in an all black masonry crew (except for me). For the first year I was called white boy and like most construction crews, as the new guy I was picked on. One of the bosses had a party and I was invited and was told to bring an album to listen to, to share my music taste. You guessed it, it was Wish You Were Here. They were expecting some country or pop music. I saw the same reaction that night as I saw today. They were spellbound and from then on, I was asked to share music. They actually started calling me by my name after that. I miss those days, sitting around with my friend's exploring music that touched our souls.

Pink Floyd is not just any band, they're a lifestyle. 15 studio albums without a single bad movement. This band is the entire reason why I play an instrument. Pink for all!

There’s a reason they have one of the best selling albums of all time.

Masters of the Soundscape

22:02 "...they had to be from the future." They were inventing the future that you live in.

Yeah, 4 or 5 instruments got together with some people and learned to sing.
PF is my favorite. They know how to dig deep into your soul.

I need this.  I love seeing new people discover the beauty of Pink Floyd. ❤❤❤

By now you know that PF is one of the greatest bands of all time. But what you don´t know is that they are THE greatest Live band of all time. Watch "Comfortably Numb :  Live Pulse 1994".

Please keep on this Journey. Fun riding it with you!

Straight here after your Dark Side of the Moon, awesome!

Props for experiencing Pink Floyd like It was intended by letting it ride and not killing the flow, mood and energy by stopping to rewind and opine every couple of minutes.

"S"hine on "Y"ou crazy "D"iamond = Tribute for Syd.

RIP Syd, and Richard.

Richard Wright was the soul of Pink Floyd. His keyboards are unmatched.

yes! they were saying "goodbye" to their friend Syd.

The greatest rock band of all time.....come at me

You get it man.  “Where are we going now?  You just trust Pink Floyd on where they are taking you.  😂.  They have proven themselves.

Welcome to the rabbit hole

I like to think there is a special place in the universe where Richard Wright sits behind his keys and sends vibes into the cosmos. RIP
