Guys, we filmed the entire ANIMALS album in one go! This video covers “Pigs on the Wing Pt. 1” and “Dogs" which starts at 4:23

We had to cut the discussion down to the most important points.. otherwise this video would have been over an hour long lol

Anyway, the rest of the album is coming but for now… can we talk about that euphoric SOLO?! I was so focused on the interpretation of the song that I completely forgot to mention it!!! OMG I’m telling you right now, it is one of the greatest solos I have ever heard in my life!

Finally, thanks for watching and for being on this journey with us as always ❤️

The more you listen to this album, the better it gets.

Dogs is a masterpiece!

Dogs is a masterclass in musical architecture and mood, from a period when albums were often valued as complete artistic statements.

This is the album that broke my back and heart. Still my top Floyd album. Just genius!

"As long as they have 'Echoes', my love will never be shaken." This is the correct answer. 😊

"Pigs on the wing" was a fighter pilots warning of enemy planes on your blindside in WW2

Arguably the greatest instrumental breakouts in rock history. PF is just different!

One of my favorite Pink Floyd albums, and some of David Gilmours most hair raising guitar solos. 🤘

I saw it said once in a YouTube comment:

There were 20 bones on a table. The Pig took 19 of them and told the dog, "Watch out, those sheep are trying to take your bone."

The multi-tracked guitar breaks get me, every time.

" Pigs on the wing" is an allusion to the saying " pigs might fly ...". It's the classic response to hopeful promises, like those from politicians - and bosses.
