The mistress needs to be locked up too.

Her attorney should keep his mouth shut.

She is complicit & should be charged. What an awful woman she is, cold & cruel.
Thank goodness she won't get anywhere near Ashley's precious girls ❤❤

Alleigha feels remorse for herself.  She feels nothing for Ashely or the two girls.  That’s the sad part.  And the words she spoke on the stand from her own texts, rolled out with such ease!  Her foul mouth and ignorance both!  Her and Caleb are both terrible people.

She is also 100% Guilty for pushing him to get rid of her for a long time! Shame on them!!

She needs to be arrested 😢or justice is not complete 😤

Mistress should be living nervously the rest of her life, waiting for someone to come arrest her.

I hope Aleigha Botner’s reputation is ruined for a long time if nothing else. Her attorney did NOT need to discuss her here or at anytime. She should be ashamed & shut up (via her legal counsel).

Who in their right mind would discuss killing the spouse of  the person you’re sleeping with - she’s not going to do fine ….

Please… she literally said she wanted her dead! She egged him on!

YOU JUST CALLED HER FLYNN NATE????

Why has she not been charged as co conspirator??????????She could have reported him Before HE KILLED his wife.

Nate! Don’t let him get away with diminishing the mistress in her responsibility by saying that it was a small percentage of the text messages that talked about murder. One conversation was too many. Let’s be honest about that.

No one is saying she should be charged with murder. But her actions directly contributed to Ashley’s death. She egged him on, and taunted him with ultimatums. She carries some responsibility and she can only HOPE she doesn’t get some charges for ‘something’. Alleigha - do better. Leave married men well alone. And stop acting like you’re a puritan. That’s grosses me out.

This attorney!!! Ugh! He calls Ashley, who has lost her life,”That woman”!
And he’s trying to justify that the mistress has no liability. She absolutely encouraged, required, talked about and developed the entire motivation for killing Ashley. He can say what he wants, there has to be some accountability for that in a civil court. Just like O.J. Simpson lost in his civil court, but not his criminal court.

She probable didnt pull the trigger
But she threw him over the sanity limit when she said she wanted to move on, his  kookiness took over

So no aiding and abetting charge? No co conspirator charge? No tampering with evidence charge for instructing Caleb how to hide his phone information?  And no charge for leaving her electronic devices at the pastors house while sneaking out to hiding his gun, (since she admitted she knew where he kept it in the console of his truck), and no charges for hiding that gun! And we know she was a master of deception by the way she got rid of her phone and laptop.

She instigated wanting her dead. She should be blamed also.

Not proud of how she behaved is not the same as felt devastated, heartbroken and horrified of her actions. It does not matter how young she was, she was 20, not 8 and she was a worship singer in the church, she must have heard preachings and read in the Bible that what she did was so wrong and saying she wanted to kill another person  after stealing her husband, that she pushed a man to leave her husband?! She came forward after knowing they had evidence on her is not the same as she went forward the moment she heard the wife was killed and that she had evidence of her lover having said he wanted to kill his wife.

Sorry, there is no sympathy for her or the disgusting behavior she had towards a completely innocent woman. The nerve to think that she is even close to being a Christian after her behavior and her words is completely laughable. There is no excuse and she should be ashamed.
