I bought the rotisserie machine for my parents for Christmas, about 30 years ago. They still have it and use it about 6+ times a year.

One of the most important phrases in these infomercials was "But wait, there's more!" and they would tell you about all of the "free" accessories included, but only if you call now to order!

When you’d fall asleep at a sleepover with the tv still on and wake up at 4am to find the channel had turned into a shopping channel on full blast!

My Mom still has her Salad Shooter, and she's had it for 25+ years. It's her go-to for shredding cheeses and veggies to this day.

My Dad still has the rotisserie, and uses it whenever he cooks up a prime rib. Like, 28 years after it was purchased.
Some devices do indeed stand the test of time.

Cooking Competition where the boys all have to use a different 90s gadget. Bonus points for using more than one.

"Ben's been looking for a hot topper for years" was hilarious

The MOMENT i saw the SHAPE of that Showtime Rotisserie oven I said aloud "set it and forget it!".

Ron Popiel is an icon.

When I was a teenager, I had insomnia a LOT. These informercials kept me sane. Love seeing the products again

As someone who still regularly air pops popcorn, that butter spray would be a lot more cost-effective and sustainable than the aerosol cans of butter-flavored oil

18:00 I have that exact rotisserie machine at home. I use it weekly sometimes daily it's bloody amazing. Around 30 years later and it still works. My grandfather gave it to me

My parents had the old white rotisserie when I was growing up. But I do still use the Showtime Rotisserie from time to time to make either ham, turkey or chicken. I do have a slightly updated “Platinum” Gray model that has a digital timer with buttons instead of the dial. Works like a charm each time.

Got the Showtime rotisserie in 99 when I graduated and its still going strong. We use it probably 2-3 times a month still because it's quick and convenient and my son loves watching the food spin

After making their appearance here, they should be repackaged as ‘As Seen On SortedTV’ 😂

I am old, but I had the salad shooter, the egg wave, and the showtime cooker. I used the cooker so much that the dial broke. Mine came with these big silicone gloves to handle the hot chicken.
