She tends to incorporate current & past pop culture show references in her work. Rock made me think of Anthropologie Rock prank. Dance scene reminded me how she bonded with her HS BFF over Napoleon Dynamite. It may have been filmed where Amy Winehouse once performed. Someone also said scene was like a scene on a UK show. Some brought up that her & her ex posed separately with the same cactus (IG official kinda?) early on their relationship.

Your observations as a creator are great. How she came up with the cast for this video is GENIUS!  Taylor leads the music industry in so many ways. The quality of her videos are just one example. In her Opalite Video (expanded version) she released a few days ago on Spotify and Apple a includes Behind the Scenes, and she mentioned this is retro 1993. Anti-Hero was her last comedic video.
