Today, we embark on the most ambitious run I’ve ever done involving beating Elden Ring 24 times in a row! Elden Ring has a lot of magic schools and even though I did a challenge run exploring some of the magic in this game, I barely scratched the surface as I ended up sticking to 6 or 7 overpowered spells. So now I’m going to beat one new game cycle of Elden Ring with EVERY magic school ALL on one character. There are 24 magic schools so this means we will be going through to new game plus 23. Ok there are actually 25 but two fingers incantations have no offensive spells so they’re out. This is the first of a 6 part video series with each part documenting 4 of those cycles. Each cycle, the mandatory bosses we must beat are Elden Beast, Malenia, Bayle the Dread and Promised Consort Radahn. I will aim to do at least one mandatory remembrance boss per cycle. Today, we’re going to beat new game with oracular sorcieres, new game plus with bestial incantations, new game plus 2 with crystalian sorceries and finally new game plus 3 with miquellan incantations. I can promise you everything from absolutely immense damage to some of the most painful drawn out fights you’ve ever seen.
The plan is to beat Elden Ring with EVERY school of magic. Except Two Fingers incants, they have no offensive spells.
This is the current order I plan to do it in:
NG Oracle
NG+ Bestial
NG+2 Crystalian
NG+3 Miquellan
NG+4 Magma
NG+5 Thorn
NG+6 Death
NG+7 Golden Order
NG+8 Dragon Communion
NG+9 Blood Oath
NG+10 Carian
NG+11 Frenzied Flame
NG+12 Gravity
NG+13 Black Flame
NG+14 Cold
NG+15 Erdtree
NG+16 Messmer's Flame
NG+17 Finger
NG+18 Night
NG+19 Spiral Tower
NG+20 Servants of Rot
NG+21 Giants Flame
NG+22 Dragon Cult
NG+23 Glintstone
FAQ:
Q: Will this be in one video?
A: No, I want to show off each magic school properly so I’ll be doing 6 videos total, each one containing 4 cycles of magic school.
Q: Will this whole run be streamed?
A: Yes but I’ll be using the Playstation recording software to get footage without facecam so the eventual videos will be in the “classic” JK Leeds scripted disembodied voice style. For this reason, you’ll occasionally see me stop to record footage as I go along.
Q: Will you be grabbing all the spells and staffs for all schools in the first cycle?
A: No, because that would mean the following cycles will just be boss rushes and the video won't flow as nicely. We need sidequests for our cycles!
Q: Are these the official magic schools?
A: Definitive information on how some of them are broken down varies online but I went with this list because 24 cycles is a nice number. Some people will probably still complain.
Q: What bosses are mandatory?
A: Every cycle, I must kill Radagon+Elden Beast, Malenia, Promised Consort Radahn and Bayle the Dread. All other bosses are optional but I may do them just to provide variety.
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: Because I want to be able to say I’ve beaten Elden Ring with every mag

Additionally, Morgott's phase 2 is triggered whenever he takes a hit after he passes a specific HP gate (around 50% of his health). It just so happens that you used the shackle at exactly that threshold, so when he got "hit" by the AoE, his phase 2 trigger took priority over the shackle's normal effect.
