This is not just in the CBD but out in the Suburbs as well. All the hubs that a late night vibe are all areas dominated by non-whites. Its unfortunate that Sydneys non-white areas like Parramatta, Chatswood, Burwood etc... don't get enough foreign attention and along with the southern end of the CBD, don't have their nightlives acknowledged.
The hard truth that many white people don't want to admit is that Asians/non-whites do nightlife better in Sydney than White people do, with the simple fact that Asians and non-whites are willing to be up later and work later. White people in Sydney are the "morning people" and are behind the trends like morning runs and cafe culture.
Asians and non-whites have held up the nighttime for Sydney on top of the morning...and at the end of the day, we are all Australian regardless or skin colour, trying to share a bit of ourselves with others.
