"The Agent Stone Fandom is dying. Like this Comment if you're a true Stoner."

2024 really was the year of “Hey remember this thing you were obsessed with at one point in time? BOOM it’s got something new.”
Sonic, Wicked, Transformers, Gravity falls, etc. we are THRIVING

'King Arthur AU?!' (23:20)
Coley. Coley that's just Sonic and the Black Knight. Coley we have a canonical Arthur AU.
Coley it's so angsty yet also so soft

@JohnDoeisnthonest 1 year ago

23:23 Oh Gosh fun fact that technically ISN'T EVEN AN AU there's a whole side story where Sonic slays King Arthur and becomes an entire KING and Lancelot (Shadow) is confirmed to be one of his most loyal knights and after all of that it's basically never acknowledged again despite being completely canon. Bro just establishes Democracy and dips ig 😭

Shadow during the movie had such "little meow meow" moments
And then the next scene hes being an absolute badass
Love him

The King Arthur AU is actually real its based on the game Sonic and the Black Knight. In that game Sonic is king Arthur and I'm not making that up.

@pinkbluesapphire 1 year ago

23:20 who's gonna tell her Sonic is canonically King Arthur?

The fact that Stone's actor actually said the words "old man yaoi" is CRAZYYYY

@brony4869 1 year ago

regarding stobotnik; "its too dangerous and i'm not there to protect you. i already lost you once... i can't lose you again" absolutely killed me

Ah, the Sonic fandom. One of the og clinically insane fandoms. Happy to see it being covered

As someone who has recently been converted to a Sonic Fan via the third movie AND generations, I can confirm this.

Stobotnik is one of the biggest happy accidents I've ever seen in the franchise.

Stone was just supposed to be a nameless guy for Robotnik to talk to, but because of all the ideas Jim Carrey and Lee Majdoub brought to the table it evolved into this popular relationship that became integral to the plot of the third movie.

@CotardCapgras 1 year ago

Their's a seires on ao3 where stone adopts shadow after the events of the movie called "coffee beans are too bitter for you (I've had worse)"

@klaser1695 1 year ago

This about to be the craziest family with

Robotnik : Father
Stone : Other Father
Metal Sonic : Son
Sage : Daughter
Orbot : Other Son
Cubot : Other other Son

3:05 THANK YOU for calling it middle aged. i feel absolutely insane hearing people calling them old man yaoi when literally neither of them are actually old

@Anatiumregina 1 year ago

15:15 I wondered the same thing and there are SO MANY Stone & Shadow fics of them processing their grief together in the coffee shop!!! Come get your soup!!!

@professordreadwin7959 1 year ago

Sonadow is such a perfect ship to me, like turning Sonic and Shadow’s rivalry into a romance is so funny and cute, and the Sonadow artists on Twitter are all amazing with every interpretation of the ship they draw. Also it is so funny how Eggman of all characters is one of the first canonical LGBT characters in the Sonic franchise!

So there is a sonic game where Blaze sacrifices herself, absorbing a dangerous flame, in place of Silver
And Silver trued to stop her, saying he was supposed to absorb the flame and not her
Heavy angsty momeny
Game is called Sonic 06
X3
