a real krusie fan never speaks ill of suselle💔

It's Susie Gaster

Blows my mind that this pairing even needs “defending.”

Like…what are we even doing when this incredibly nuanced and well-written ship is considered “slop?”

I always interpreted Susie saying the Dark world needed to be a "Noelle thing too " was Susie talking about the shelter code in Noelle's house and how we'd basically be trying to get Noelle to try and break into her own house for the greater good 💀

I love Suselle SO MUCH, I was so happy with the scenes in chapter 5 I was literally screaming inside.

genuinely insane how there were people arguing after chapter 4 that suselle wasn't going to be canon or that susie didn't like noelle romantically. like i could MAYBE get it before that chapter released but even then susie was at toriel's kitchen thinking about how noelle would like gingerbread monsters. the ship HAS been set up for a long time now. if you personally don't like it that's fine i won't beat you with hammers or w/e but don't deny the direction the story is clearly going

suselle reminds me of me and my partner (who also made this video)

Yess girl who never got to be vulnerable x girl who never got to stand up for herself. Like yeah I think the reason why some ppl would call it “slop” is because of the lack of conflict as of chapter 5, though to me it’s obvious that the conflict is still being set up and just hasn’t come to a head yet. Of course there is the issue of Susie hiding dark worlds from Noelle, both girls being prone to escapism more than any other character & thus being likely to enable each other (+ risk of using this budding romance AS escapism by idealizing each other), their relationship unknowingly isolating them from their respective friendships with Kris… and despite all this conflict, they bring out the best in each other & their relationship is still ultimately defined by hope for a better future. I think it’s really sweet and compelling.

0:22 susie gaster

Where would we be without Toby's Yuri

This game is screaming at us that they'll be forced to fight each other...
That's what I believe pink and gold is for, a foreshadow of Susie VS Noelle that's all around the game.

(It will break my heart btw)

The fact you have to make a 17 minute video DEFENDING an adorable and CANON ship???

Unbelievable. Gays for suselle all the way

suselle i think definitely justifies its own existence with how both noelle and susie bring out the best in each other

but also it will be very interesting to watch them overcome whatever hardships are in their way

also kerdly is peak and should happen honestly, i’d be so down for it and there are things that happen that could be building to it

Broadcast this shit across all social media platforms and message boards that even mention Deltarune! We need the "Yurislop" haters to see this ASAP!

i thought at first you said krusie "kind of sucked" and even though i'm a krusie fan too i wasn't even gonna be mad because i was talking to someone i met through another fandom who started talking deltarune and they were talking about how they "don't like noelle :/ i love krusie tho!!!" and i just imagined 🧍‍♂🧍‍♂➖➖ appearing over their head instantly. noelle haters will not survive the winter. being a krusie fan and having to share that label with so many people who are extremely weird about it almost ruins the ship for me

anyway krusielle end game

YES, I LOVE SUSELLE SM, ITS PROB MY FAV SHIP EVER, AND I HATE SEEING SO MANY PEOPLE HATING IT FOR NO REASONS (i think that people dont like ships that actually work out, they just want the drama), FINALLY SOMEONE DEFENDS SUSELLE, also another thing i would like to add is that in my opinion Noelle likes Susie because she reminds her of her sister, not in a weird way obv, we know that Dess would often protect and take care of Noelle, and after she dissappeared Noelle found another person that was cool and rebellious like her sister and she instantly fell in love

Toby so good at his craft that he made me tear up for the first time ever to a romance scene.

There's a big difference between a plot point being a good story decision and a plot point being gratifying to your parasocial romantic desires. Personally, I actually like Kris and Susie remaining friends, their relationship feels very comfortable and reliable, but it doesn't feel like it is pushing either one to challenge their shortcomings, or break further out of their limitations.

I'm a Krusielle shipper. As you pointed out, the dynamics between all three is like, the beating heart and soul of the game. I love them all so much, and ngl I do think there's a rare possibility that a Poly ship might become canon.

That being said, like, Suselle is peak. It's peak inside of a larger poly relationship, and it's just as peak with the two monogamous. If I had to pick a ship to become canon, it's those two. They complete each other. They build each other up. I loved them from their first Ferris Wheel ride together, and honestly it feels like so much of the hate is done in bad faith.

I appreciate u making a well thought out essay like this even tho the twitter users who don't like suselle have no media literacy
