Nagash's faction is weak! Witness true power! (Plays reworked vampire counts)

Im on turn 100+ in my Nagash campaign and my biggest issue by far, outside of a lack of mortarchs, is being drowned in dinosaurs. All of Lustria for some reason went to war with me and sent 8 dino doom stacks to my west coast while at the same time i was fighting Oxyotl and his invasion force from the south. On top of all that I have a very very big Belagar bordering my north who keeps on extorting me over threat of war. Nagash himself is strong but he cant be everywhere at once and his economy doesnt allow you to field proper defensive armies.

i think nagash campaign comes online too late. there is nothing wrong with struggling early, but by the time you can get the LLs and LH heroes, you died on old age.
things should add up faster, similar to chaos dwarfs. they have a nice pace when it comes to getting power

His campaign  give me the vibe of the previous vampire count , the resource is the same , u can instant summon cheap lord , instead recruit armies , just harder to play with other resource n mechanic added to the mix

Crazy how this is the third time the frer character is better than the paid lords

If you don’t just auto resolve and actual manually fight a nagash battle, you’ll find nagash can be broken at just level 3, you can solo battles with him if you’re actually good at the game.
I got 0 losses and 1100 kills on a siege battle just using nagash, no other units.
Level him right and get the right pyramid upgrades.
Skill issue 🤷🏻‍♂️
Economy is dogshit though, you have to abuse the -25% upkeep from a building in minor settlements and sack settlements to keep afloat I find.
Vlad also seems to just absorb all of the empire and it’s bordering neighbours by turn 50 which is a problem. Consistently.

I agree Nagash is worst. The reason tho is because the long victory is absolutely ridiculous. Getting 6 mortarchs and 6 books completely shuts down the sandbox aspect of the game. And yes I had to abuse settlement trading to get the 6 mortarchs, I'm not playing for 300 turns. If they just lowered the requirements to 4 or 5 I'd say Nagash is top tier.

Boris by faaar best Empire faction I don't care for confederation  I usually kill all other lords but climate situation is massive bonus for Boris witch you never mentioned.

Maybe im strongly chaos biased, but I'd go Nagash > Boris > Glottkin > Tanquol.

It's subjugate, not confederate. There's a massive difference. Beating them down to 5 territories makes sense in the terms of subjugation. It's not a friendly process.

Neferata seems like the worse in my opinion I absolutely hate the web of power just reminds me of snikitch plans or tsinch just reworked for her. No fun for me personally. But love the video nonetheless!

Random thing but I wish you could get special hero units for each legendary faction you take down, skarbrand? Big ol skeleton demon now fights for you

already modded my nagash campaign to fix the absolute dogshit economy, so much more fun now

I think that nagash is actually pretty strong. Honestly so far in my campaign I haven’t even needed to use grave call a single time yet. Normal recruitment works just as well. Now I do start buying stuff in there for the monsters and other things I want here and there for the future when I can. For the military buildings I haven’t gotten high enough to see the insane price increases to be honest but for the buildings they also start to build upon each other like Nagash. Giving stacking buffs to everything which is kinda crazy. I pre saved and did a confederation with Arkhan tho and holy fuck that damn hit to my economy 🤣☠️

P.s. sacking because you will always get them at level 1 is brilliant! I didn’t think of that 😭

ýeah. i wish he could raish dead as well ....  but i guess the Greated necomacer is a pooor man.

The confederation mechanic for the vampires and nagash is dogshit the campaign is over before you get them all.

Necromantic energy is not hard to get if you take advantage of the boost you get from battling within the land of the dead.
You can easily get 8000-10000 in a single large battle.

People often struggle to enjoy a situation when it does not match their exact expectations or desires

I’ve had a blast. I think you guys are really limiting yourself in what you can enjoy if you agree with this guy

Campaign is hard…. Bottom tier for you!!! 😡
