Leicester's title win has become evn more iconic now

Do you know what really pisses me off. We sold our star academy graduate Anderson so we stayed within the rules. He then ends up at a club that broke all the rules so they could afford him. The whole game is gone… Think I’ll take up golf instead…

I don't want them to throw the book at them...

I WANT THE WHOLE LIBRARY..

… You know Arsène Wenger was not allowed to go and get the players that he wanted because of financial fair play rules. City said no screw that we’re gonna do what we want.

As a united fan. I agree with every fan upset about us being able to spend while being a billion dollars in debt. I cant wait until for the pl to make a rule where u cant run a club in debt.
That would be the greatest rule ever as it would effectively force the glazers to sell.
A debt free united is a financial gold mine.

The only way to really level the playing field is to have a cap on how much any club can spend on transfers per year and a cap on salaries. Then sit and watch while clubs like Brentford start winning Premier League titles.

"Red Cartel"  pure bollocks. Arsenal went 20 years without a title, Liverpool nearly 30 and United are currently sitting on 13 years post Ferguson.

My problem is not Man City spending their own money, it’s the shitty premier League rules that allow Man Utd with £1b worth of debt to carry on, but penalise others for literally putting their hands in their own pockets.

1 season in the championship it not enough they should go down to the national league or league two

Just a reminder that at any given time the PL can change it's financial rules. If 14 clubs agree new rules come into place. So let's say the status quo favours "the big 6" then the rest of the league can inact new rules that favours the likes of Aston Villa & Newcastle. FYI Newcastle voted for the most recent PSR rules, so any grudges take it up with your owners.

forced relegation and transfer embargo is the minimum punishment they should get, no players in and no sales allowed. any players that leave are free.

they have to get the biggest punishment in the history of football if not the prems credibility will be gone forever

Sorry, it can be done. Look at Arsenal they invested in a new stadium. They had to pay the stadium off and compete. They did cheat the system to get where they are.

If the rules were designed to keep the 'red cartel' clubs on top then they're not doing a very good job. Liverpool Arsenal and United have won a combined 3 of the last 13 titles. Good job.

This argument that "the rest of us" need to cheat like City to win anything is actually so bad because City were so dominant the last few years that im sure some "smaller" teams didn't actually even try to go all out and give it their best shot

Do you not remember spending millions in the 90s and still fuckin it up. YOU BROKE THE WORLD TRANSFER RECORD. My god you’re delusional.

This is why there should have been a spending limit, wages Cap , in place years ago.
None of this would have happened.
PL still haven't got this in place 😡

This whole “legacy club” thing is BS. We were the second richest Premiership club and fifth globally in the mid to late 90s. That was purely based on revenue. Fact!

"Red Cartel" is crazy coz they did everything the right way. Liverpool & Arsenal at one point also had their best players get picked off every season while paying off their debts and having to restart from scratch. Let's not rewrite history.

The way old Brian would’ve ripped into city compared to know is hilarious
