'She's not going to be fired for supporting Donald Trump because it is illegal for a company to discriminate against you for your mental illness'. Robert's out here today speaking nothing but pure truth, what a beautiful statement

"Can't be fired for your mental illness" had me HOLLERING.

"I love my job, I would never do anything to jeopardize it!" films self jeopardizing job security 🤦🏽‍♀️

The idea that a shop manager doesn't understand the concept of safety and security and then just treats it like an "oopsie 💁🏻‍♀️💖" is wild.

I am an electrician at an airport. At orientation, we were explicitly instructed not to post any photos or videos to social media, whatsoever. Immediate termination.

she’s too old to not know better than to not RECORD YOUR CASH REGISTER TILL WHILE CLOSING😭😭 so much sensitive information revealed in so little time

I don’t feel sorry for her. Her badge was on full display, her codes were visible, she showed the other employee names on sales sheets, walked around UNACCOMPANIED with a case of cash, showed the exact gate she had to go through, recording customers without consent. The fact she is so disconnected from the consequences is ASTONISHING.

When will folks learn that everything does NOT have to be shared... I don't understand.

She’s lying. She’s minimised what happened. I’ve worked in an airport. Filming through staff security is a big no no. These aren’t rules they’re laws.those videos are evidence. She will soon find out. You learn ALL of this during airport induction

Not only is she a bad employee she's a liar. : 'In response to the outcry, Marixx posted a new TikTok denying that her actions were a security risk and claiming she was assured by management that she had done nothing wrong. However, airport and MAC management reportedly clarified that she had, in fact, been fired due to the security violations." It was the airport that insisted she be fired.

As a person that works at an airport restaurant. This won’t just get you fired from your job. You will not be able to work anywhere on that airport again. You go through a process to be allowed to get your airport work pass and it will be ripped from her hands by security.

"I've been doing it" does NOT mean it was ever the right thing from the beginning.. just because you weren't caught.

she better hope she's not in the process of being sued. she showed a lot. her badge, the register security pin, amount of sales per shift. all things we don't need to know

"Companies are not allowed to discriminate against mental illness." You snuck that in like a goddamn ninja and I am HERE for it!! 🙂

19:18 The deadpan! No pause, no break in his flow, it came from nowhere and he just continued afterwards. 👌👌👌👌👌👌  😂😂😂

So where in her mind did she think sharing some of those things were okay? I swear, internet brain has people in a trance .

She's got her phone towards the floor when she's around other people and going through security because she knows she's not meant to be filming.

Dude, I would blame it on "youthful ignorance" but even me in my early 20s having cash handling responsibility as a supervisor, I would NEVER have filmed any of that...has that much changed in 10 years?

I don’t feel one ounce of sympathy for this woman. I’ve worked for an airline (pre-and post-9/11) and I’ve worked retail. Based on experience working in both environments, she violated just about every single type of protocol known (short of telling customers to go F themselves!).

Besides - who has that much time to film themselves DURING WORK?!

"You can't be fired for your mental illness" 😂😂😂 Damn I'm listening on headphones at my kid's taekwondo class. In a Red area. So I can't even explain why I just bust out laughing
