Why the young are voting AFD- Germany is in collapse, factories closing, its wind solar and car industry has moved to China.

Last time I checked it was the current ruling class in Germany that forged a plan to create the "largest military in Europe" and it was the previous "sensible" ruling class that started waging war in Europe, as soon as Germany was reunified. If your immediate response is: What war?,  you have been brainwashed.

What jobs are these millions of immigrants actually doing, how many jobs are going at vw.

if an economy is dependent on mass immigration it’s not an economy

It’s funny how intellectuals intellectualise unpleasant electoral outcomes because it can’t possibly be that voters made an educated decision.

Why do these guys take as a given that mass immigration and thus downward pressure on entry level wages is a good thing?

I have said for around 15 years that there is no value n democracy when you end up with Bush, Blair, Brown, Cameron, Merkel, Sarkozy, Hollande, Macron, whichever goon is in charge of Spain at any given time, ditto Italy for the most part,  Starmer and oh so many others. And on has to include Trump in that list, even though his initial policy instincts were sound. It's been a massive ****show for some decades now.

Both so detached from reality - they need to go and live amongst the working class for a bit.

AFD wants rid of Open Borders Migrants. They have never said they want absolutely no immigration.

You are very often spot on, this time around you are spot off. Do not get distracted by the narratives of the establishment. AfD is basically saying 4 things: 1) purchasing energy at 4-5 times the previous cost kills the industry (remember, even in the darkest periods of the Cold War Europe was buy g Russian gas) , 2)immigration is necessary, but needs to be managed, 3)even if the war in Ucraine were sensible we cannot afford it., 4. The EU has turned into a bureaucratic monster led by a power hungry incompetent lady. The shocking thing is that the establishment simply refuses to conduct a reasonable discussion on these topics. The public is starting to notice. This is why the AfD keeps winning votes.

No mass immigration, no rise of the Right. The stupidity of the Establishment is painful.

I’d rather be poorer and still have my own culture and civilisation.

Blaming immigration is not the same as blaming immigrants

One issue is that these guys are unable to distinguish between sustainable and unsustainable rates of immigration.  Canada successfully integrated ~200-300k immigrants per year for decades, but then failed when attempting 10x that amount. Criticizing an order of magnitude change in policy is not anti-immigrant.  It is against a policy that is bad for immigrants and citizens.  The policy is only good for corporations.

The AfD advocates restoring links with Russia, a huge economic policy in itself`, as cheap Russian energy was the bedrock of the German manufacturing economy.

"Ultra right", "a few wretched  refugees"?  You are out of your mind. So disappointing.

The support for remigration in the UK is NOTHING to do with the economy.
We simply don’t want our children to be a despised, oppressed and persecuted minority in our own ancestral homeland.
