Fellow 35 yo mystic here.  Been on the path 20 years.  You questioned whether if we're One, does that mean we have to feel alone?  Are we alone as One?  In my view, "aloneness" as such is an experience and a feeling just like other experiences.  It isn't special.  It happens in the domain of consciousness, in the waking state, in dream, when we've taken an individuated form.  The pure Reality does not experience "being alone", because "alone" implies "other".  If you pay attention, you'll see the One itself doesn't know itself that way, with personal moods, feelings, thoughts, etc., it simply is, eternally.  Thanks, brother!  This was a spectacular video!

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

The transition between Parabol and Parabola still gives me chills 20+ years later

Mr Biscuit is the goat of tool reactions

17:50 Three aliens and an Octopus walk into a recording studio…😂

Clicked on this one in a millisecond. This "song" is one of the GOATs.

You have to check out the official video too. The music mixed with the ending imagery of chakras brings me to my knees every time.

I've seen Tool live many times. Its almost like making the pilgrimage to a holy place. Its heavy and deep. Puscifer I've been to once. It was much more light hearted and whimsical, but still great.

Tool and Puscifer are such wildly different live experiences that I feel confident telling you that seeing one will not spoil the other. There’s an intimacy and stage play vibe to Puscifer, whereas Tool has mastered rocking an arena as the visual effects build over the course of the concert. The only real similarity is the feeling you get when you hear Maynard’s voice live—and having seen him with his various bands almost thirty times now, I can tell you it never hits any less hard.

He’s not getting any younger though, so whatever act you can see when he’s in town, I implore you to go!

3:20 His delivery reminds most people of a Gregorian chant.

Im here for anything and everything Tool.

Mister Biscuit you gotta go back some time and watch the official video for these songs.  Lyric videos are great but Tool's video for this one in particular should not be missed.  Loving the content as always man!

Edit  To answer your question about the differing concerts.  Puscifer shows have become more of a theater production.  There are often sets and wardrobe changes.  From my experience it's more of an intimate experience.  Whereas Tool has basically become an arena rock show.  You experience it with thousands of others.  It's a great experience, and I highly recommend going when you get the chance, but you can't really have that small venue, intimate experience at a Tool show.

"Treat everyone you meet as if they are God in drag." - Ram Dass
I never feel alone because of Mother Nature. And from being grounded. The only really "scary" realization i've experienced is that i am the source of everything in my life. And only sometimes scary.

You committed the ultimate sin of disconnecting these two movements of the same song 😂
I forgive you as you realized and went back and connected them 😂❤

These two songs were my introduction to Tool. Instant lifelong fan. Its hard to overstate the genius contained in this music.

He says “put all your cell phone away” if you don’t listen. He will call you out in front of everybody and embarrass you. He wants you to just embrace the music and enjoy the show. And if everyone listens, he will reward you at the end and let you record the final song which just might be 46 and two. So there’s a reward at the end of the tunnel. He’s actually rewarding you that you get to be there 100% mind, body and soul. This is my favorite song to watch live. I’ve been fortunate enough to see them 6 times live. Hopefully there will be a seventh.

When you finally listen to these songs uninterrupted, you will feel the REAL energy they produce.  Amazing!  Hands down my favorite Tool experience.

YES!!! I have been waiting for you to react to this! I love your deep analysis and this one requires deep analysis!

Concerts in general are some of the most freeing, present, consciousness-unifying experiences I've discovered. We become one organism, moving, breathing, feeling together-- without judgment or concern of judgment the instant the music unites us. There's something about that moment: the moment our individual egos evaporate and we become something new. Tool concerts are somehow even more transcendent.

Differences in TOOL and Puscifer shows.  Aside from the very different styles in music, at a TOOL show you are pretty much watching Adam and Justin stand up front while Danny goes HAM and Maynard hides in the shadows (along with some same crazy visuals in the background).  At Puscifer, you will see Maynard come out of the shadows to dance and be silly with Carina, they have great stage chemistry and are a joy to watch
