Coca-Cola Driver Merchandiser: Supervisor POV — Full Store Visit, Stocking & Orders (Real)

In this video I take you on a full store visit as a Coca-Cola driver merchandiser
supervisor — working side by side with my Coca-Cola driver merchandiser, building
the order, stocking shelves, and showing you exactly what a Coca-Cola full time
merchandiser does on the job every single day.
This is the real supervisor POV that nobody else is filming. Most Coca-Cola truck
driver and delivery driver content only shows you one side. As a Coca-Cola supervisor
I'm walking you through what I check on every account visit — how I coach my rep,
what a properly worked Coca-Cola merchandiser account looks like, and the difference
between average work and what actually gets noticed.
Whether you're thinking about becoming a Coca-Cola driver merchandiser, you're already
a Coca-Cola full time merchandiser looking to improve, or you want to know what it
takes to move up to supervisor — this is a real day in the life of Coca-Cola
operations from the management side. No script, no filter, just the real thing.
If you've been searching for Coca-Cola driver merchandiser pay, what the job actually
looks like day to day, or how truck driver jobs at Coca-Cola work from the inside —
this video covers all of it from someone who has been a Coca-Cola truck driver and
is now the supervisor coaching the team.

I was hired to stock and clean.
The Coke delivery guys were so impressed with my work that they started trying to recruit me.
I just accepted a merchandiser position yesterday and start in two weeks.
Thank you for these videos so I can get a feel for what to expect.
