Can I make, bake and sell 100 pizzas completely solo before 3PM?

That was the challenge for this one.

I headed to St Albans Market with just over 100 dough balls, no help, and a hard target of getting through the lot before 3PM.

It got off to a seriously slow start, which had me wondering whether I’d completely overestimated what I could shift on my own… Things changed pretty quickly once the market got rolling.

This one turned into a proper shift — stretching, topping, baking, serving, boxing completely solo.

Did I get through all 100?

Yep. Every single one. 🍕
