I bought the CHEAPEST Luton Van I could find for my waste removal business! 🚚💨

With the business growing, my current van just wasn’t cutting it anymore. I needed way more load space, so I took a massive gamble on a second-hand Luton van for a bargain price... but as you'll see in this video, it needs a LOT of work doing to it before it's ready for the road.

Be careful with the weight mate they can't carry as much as people think dvsa love these vans big money maker for them recently came across you love the vids

Fair play mate.
A luton opens up so many more doors for u.
Could get intouch with local haulage companys and could do pallets that were missed or last minute deliverys.

Put a block of wood between the hinge and slowly close the door until it bends back in the right position

I too have had major issues with my Ford van and my Peugeot van both at the same time... electrical and mechanical. It has taken a while to get them both back on the road in full working order following some great work by my local garage but they have cost me a few thousand pounds to achieve this. Time to get rid and lease. Keep it going Sam 👍🏻

Get an engine flush done change your fuel filter potentially glow plugs. Good luck pal tbh inspirational

Those electrical issues on the transit could just be a bad ground strap.

I'm still pretty early in the video but if you're keeping it, definitely worth replacing them.

There's usually two, just replace both of them and the power distribution box.

It could fix a massive amount of the issues for less than a hundred quid if you do it yourself

The door is unlocked because of the flat battery. When fully charged, the door will lock again. You can manually lock the door with a screw driver for now. There is a youtube video on how to do this.

Also the radio was causing a massive battery drain on my van disconnect it, charge the battery again and see if the drain is resolved
