Freeze dried strawberries/blueberries/quava/mango (BEST BC THEY DON’T EXPIRE FOR A LONGG TIME AND HAVE LOTS OF NUTRIENTS!)
Nuts! (If ur not allergic duh)

REMEMBER BRING A WATER BOTTLE!

Try traveling as far and away as u can. Stay FARRRR away as possible but still stay safe for at least 3 weeks to be safe after u ran away. Since they will be searching for u. Don’t leave the area unless its super dangerous if its safe just go back but not too close yet until like at least 2 months but go closer i guess after 3 weeks!
Do babysitting dog walking dog sitting pet sitting or mowing lawns. U can also work at McDonald’s/any fast food place available if ur 15-16+!

U could go at night but it’d give u more time to leave if ur parents r gone but if there will be someone watching u then 100% leave at night.

Even tho ur parents get mad at u easily or yell at u don’t run away. Try talking even if it’s rlly hard! Btw if ur scared of being alone bring a friend that genuinely wants to go with u wont betray u (st least u have to know them for 2-3 yrs personally i think thats enough.) if its only 1 yr or less I dont think u should.
Make sure u know self defense.
So many ppl say dye ur hair cut it! Change ur clothes! No. U don’t need to. Ignore them. That’s just if u have many ppl looking for u. But if u have smth like blond hair brunette, brown hair, light brown, dark brown, black. Lowkey those r very normal and just wear normal clothes (unless u wear smth like goth emo decora or stuff in general that stick out) then wear diff ones. If u just wear normal plain clothes or over sized ones then u dont have to.
