Ed Zitron, CEO at EZ Primary Research, said that the risk of balancing the equity market on record public offerings for AI companies that have never reported profit is a dangerous proposition and that those companies should not be allowed to IPO. Zitron, an AI skeptic, said that many of these companies will not last in the long term.

Profitability is totally irrelevant when founders, board members and private equity make billions from the IPO.

The goal isn't profitability. The goal is rapid wealth transfer.

Finally someone who actually seem to have actually stopped for a moment and thought about what is actually going on. And then tried to make some actual due dilligence in finding out what is really going on, not just taking the AI companies marketing pitches as gospel. Surprisingly refreshing!

These aren’t IPOs, they are obvious heists. They are raiding retirement funds to buy yachts while crashing the market. The profits will never arrive for these particular firms and their debt loads
