Id like to see Harry losing it in dumbledores office after sirius' death.

I dont agree entirely with the part about tumbledown vs grindelwald. Its not super relevant to Harry's story and i think, the way that duel is hyped, its best left to the imagination. Nothing could make it live up to what we can see in our minds eye, in my opinion

Personally I would like to see Hagrid fighting Umbridge and her followers. To this day reading this chapter in the book just makes me grin. Seeing my favourite character just go ham is something I wish to see on the screen.

I don’t think we need to see Dumbledore vs Grindelwald at all. It’s not a part of Harry’s story, and a major theme of Deathly Hallows is that Harry wonders how much he actually knew Dumbledore. The audience knowing more about Dumbledore than he does takes away from Harry being the focus of the story imo

I think it's better to leave the duel between Grindelwald and Dumbledore off screen. Sure show don't tell is good, but sometimes it's better to not show things, like with monsters in movies, the less you see them the scarier they are. Or in this case, if we don't actually see how that duel happened our minds are left to imagine how great it must have been to have such a reputation.

I would love to see Umbridge vs McGonnagall as big and as funny their scenes were together in the Order of the Phoenix book. Showed a lot about both of their characters

The fight between Dumbledore and Grindelwald where Arianna dies is not the famous 1945 duel.

Wait, I think you are mixing things up. One thing is the final duel Dumb has with Grind that brought him down (thats the legendary duel). The other thing is the 3 way duel (and way less epic) that happened at Dumb house and killed his sister.

It's not enough to include scenes from the book that weren't in the movies. It's also about execution, and if the execution isn't right then including those scenes doesn't mean a hill of beans. Execution is everything in my opinion.

I think personally the horror of what happened to Neville’s parents works better if it’s left up to viewers how cruel… cause if the aftermath done correctly where we see him at st. Mango’s make it more impactful.

I would like to see a flashback of the four founders in season 2

On the Astronomy Tower in season 6, they need to show Draco starting to lower his wand. In the film, we see the conflicting emotions on his face, but he keeps pointing his wand at Dumbledore. In the book, it’s a major detail that Draco’s wand “drops by a fraction” when Dumbledore offers him a way out.

I really don't think we should see flashbacks of Dumbledore's youth in S7. Harry's entire struggle with Dumbledore is because he doesn't know Dumbledore very well. Because Dumbledore never told him about any of these events. And the reader doesn't know about them either. I think it would absolutely take away from the story if the show watcher actually knew what went down instead of theorizing alongside Harry.

as long as dumbledore's calm in Gof everything should be alright

I genuinly thought my DVD was broken as it had no quidditch during the literal WC-fianl. It's one of the things I look foreward to the most. Couldn't agree more.

I have been super excited to see the Harry Potter series ever since I heard that this was happening.    I'm currently on my 17th time through the Harry Potter books.    It's my second time listening to the full cast audiobook edition, it's incredible.    Jim Dale did an awesome job (I listened to him read the 7 books 14 times).   When I was a kid my mom read the books to me, my brother, and my sister ... and my older brother who was listening from around the corner.    He was too "cool" and "grown up" sit with his little brothers and sister listening to Mom read us a book.
❤😊 Thanks, thumbs up, have a great day.

I hope that they’ll decide to extend the episode count for the bigger books to at least 10 or so and I think they will if they want to get as many of the book details, subplots, characters, etc. in there as possible

I hope that for the bigger books we’ll get at least 10 episodes that are over an hour. They might expand the episode count to match the bigger books.

Awesome as always thanks

I also want to see all the Voldemort memories, battle of the astronomy tower, bill and Charlie Weasley expanded upon much more, more diagon alley scenes, and the madness of Mr crouch. Oh yeah and the true book accurate third task

It's not only that special effects today are cheaper and more advanced than they were 25 years ago... Industrial Light & Magic now has a stage for filming that is an enclosed full half dome... 360° around and 180° overhead... first used for the Star Wars Kenobi television series.
