Just to point out that Haunted is an adaptation of a book of the same name by the amazing British author James Herbert who we sadly lost about 10 years ago.

Tubi is the digital equivalent of the "independent"/"other" movie section of your good old mom-and-pop 80's/90's video store.

I am SO happy to see One Dark Night mentioned! I saw it in the theaters when I was in middle school and loved it. I know it’s not a “great” movie, but I always felt it had the potential to grow a cult following-but no one ever talks about it! Thank you for putting it out there!

I remember when One Dark Night first came out and the TV trailers used to scare the hell out of me. Definitely an overlooked horror film.

"Noone will save you" is one of my all-time favorite alien movies.

I love Tubi, i never really gave it a chance. I decided one night to browse what they had to offer and was surprised to find a bunch of movies that piqued my interest.

Saw Meridian on the cover and had to watch this immediately, though I have stuff to do, lol...this is why I subbed before.

Now I understand Lady Durward's line in "Captain Kronos: Vampire Hunter" (1974).
"You forget, I am a Karnstein by birth, and the Karnsteins are blessed with many dark secrets."

One Dark Night! I’m so glad you mentioned it. I saw this movie in the theater when I was a kid 😂 The memory of it has been with me my entire life. It’s neat to hear it examined through a cinematic lens 👏 - Kada

Christopher Walken did an SNL skit which kind of riffed on the Dead Zone. He was much like He was in the movie, but He was seeing really benign, normal things like what they would have for lunch.

I just recently watched "No One Will Save You." I thought it was uneven, but the ending is really interesting and I have to admit I found myself thinking about the film a lot for several days.

There is a version of the original House on Haunted Hill on Tubi where they changed the music score for Synthwave and they also put a purple color layer over the black and white and at the spooky stuff they added a neon green or blue or yellow... IT SO GOOD and creepy. Synthwave Horror : House on Haunted Hill. I love this movie but this version was so cool.
