Sanok didn't appear suddenly and out of nowhere – its history is a process that took shape over several centuries. Situated on the border between the Polish, Russian, and Hungarian worlds, it was an important settlement and administrative center, connected to a network of strongholds, settlements, and trails in the San River Valley. What were Sanok's beginnings like? Where was its oldest center located? Dr. Piotr Kotowicz from the Sanok Historical Museum will answer these questions.
