This kitchen is so efficient, you can see it in the speed of the service. And the chef looks like he really loves what he's doing. I like how friendly and chatty he is compared to the usual chefs/cooks in these videos who are usually more reserved.

As a Chef I would love to work with Japanese cuisine I mean look at it it's pure joy when I was watching this video I was smiling the passion as a chef inside me was happy by the sizzling noise the wok tossing and the speed of service loved it this video has made my day for sure thanks.

I like watching how the chef takes good care of his kitchen. I love Ramen noodles and fried rice.

they are playing the song from anime UNWANTED UNDEAD ADVENTURER, nice anime

29:14 Mao Abe's song! :face-red-heart-shape:

Love this place. From food to work ethic everything

Soy ramen and egg fried rice please … yum 😋

I go to this restaurant quite often. It's already guaranteed to be good simply because it's a goodwill branch of Kyoto's Daiichi Asahi. I usually go for the shoyu ramen and fried rice. I really recommend this place.

who does the clean up?  it must take 10 hours to clean that place every night

7:00 This was such a fun watch! Caught it during my lunch break, and now I need to try some of these foods. I just shared a video on Japanese street food if anyone’s curious to see more!

Bom trabalho 👏👏
Repito, bom trabalho !
👏👏👏

I have to say that I don't understand it all but I feel it's professional work that people love.  I can easily see how clean and professional they run their restaurant, and  my Oh my; how delicious it looks Wow!  I'm on my way there.

Delicious!!!  Fresh, clean, great service.
