Dude built a restaurant, cooked all day, and then packed restaurant away for the next day.  Crazy respect!

Dude the amount of prep work every single day and having to clean everything back up... Mad respect.

So much respect...The amount of time it takes to set up a sidewalk restaurant, the prep for everything before and the breakdown after... I am amazed!

600 yen for that amazing ramen is better than spending almost $20 for a McDonald meal......any day.

The owner is one of the most hardworking and multitasking man I’ve seen. His food looks absolutely amazing and I hope his stall will keep lasting generation after generation!

You would have to scrape me off of the ground just after the setup. And then he cooked all night and then broke everything down for the next day? This man is a machine. Much respect.

1:10 Bro that stand looks so risky.

Seriously, after watching a video like this I realize, that my office job (that I hate) is slacking in comparison to what people like these do everyday.
Absolute mad respect for having the discipline, patience and emotional strength to do this day, after day, after day.
I am filled with resentment from not having everything in life easy,  and not earning more money with less work.
I would really love to know how people like this accept their everyday work and do all this with smile on their faces.
Fascinating and amazing - this man and his wife deserve peace and success.
