Bubba telling anyone to "be more polite" is pretty rich. Lmao

Jason here, wishing to say thank you so much for the kind words. My love for the industry compelled me to urge Stevie Richards not to give up because very simply he is right for the business and otherwise it would have been a loss

Scott Hall told a story once about how someone asked X-Pac why is he giving up all his secrets to some local talent he worked a dark match with. X-Pac said if he’s no good he wouldn’t know what to do with it anyway. If he is good, I just helped someone that can help me in the future.

Bubba is his own mark.

“Hailing from Dunkin’ Donuts, from the great state of Obesity”.

The "Tough Love" gimmick doesn't work if you forget the "love" part.

Maybe you should have been more polite…is rich coming from bubba ray lol

Bubba really thinks he was stone cold or taker's level lol if Devon never happened,  his career would've been 20 years shorter

Bubba is the kinda guy who got abused on the way up and think that abuse is how its done. He learned the wrong lessons from the vets who were shitty to him

The "Five minutes, get over or get out" mentality is not just a problem in wrestling, and not a new problem. Look at TV shows - there are now-classic shows that didn't find their footing until a second or even third season. There are no shows that get that much time to build now. If you don't strike gold on the first swing, you're cancelled. This thinking, the "win or leave" mentality, needs to stop across the board.

Scott Hall: What's that move called?
Bubba: The 3D
Scott Hall: Looks nice, I can't wait to kick out of it.
Bubba: ........

"you got 5 minutes to get over or get out"

Unless you're related to Dwayne and given years and years thought right Bubba?

In a world full of Bubba Rays, be a Stevie Richards. Or a Peanut Shell.

I've met both Bubba Ray and D-Von a bunch of times.

From my experience Bubba Ray is consistently a prick. One of those guys who thinks being a dick makes him tough. It's exhausting.

D-Von on the other hand is genuinely a really good dude. Just a really sweet guy, down to earth, treats people right.

Very ironic that Bubba said "You get 5 minutes or get out", because he went 5 minutes overtime during the Dudley Boyz and Right to Censor segment, and Vince only begrudgingly let it slide because it worked out

That's why Danhausen is a prodigy in marketing; he learned the grind in the Indies he doesn't need to be the best wrestle to make bank.

who the fuck would want advice from The Red Rooster?

Again, for someone whose actual name is Mark, there’s never been a more fitting name

I don't understand why a company would pay people to train and invest in this future talent pool and then immediately cut that talent, it's like making a dinner for 10 people and throwing away 9 plates, what was the point of spending that money and investing all that time? And then, as a trainer, YOU look bad if that talent you trained is cut. Your students are a reflection of YOU.

When Bubba blamed Daffney for making his student "look bad" after she'd injured Daffney in the ring, I was done with his takes on anything.
